Autumn Lane Estate is a special place to us and a property that has been in the family since the area was settled. We purchased it 3 years ago and designed this venue while preparing for our own wedding! We put our heart and soul into crafting the space while using our own wedding planning experience to provide extra unique details with future couples in mind. Now that we have celebrated our own wedding here we are excited to share the venue with others! We love connecting with our couples and can't wait to meet you too!

Having your own 100-acre private lakeside resort for the weekend makes a great wedding venue. It gives you and your guests a chance to spend quality time with each other, beyond the constraints of a typical 5-hour wedding reception. Our site, facilities, and setting match almost any wedding venue in the northeast, and our food and customer service is outstanding.

Nestled amidst 125 acres of pine forest along pristine Sebago Lake, Migis Lodge is a secluded destination unto itself; a lakeside setting that's perfectly unique for a gathering of friends and family for that special event.

While keeping its past integrity, we renovated it into a modern venue fit for luxury events. The Barn sits on 25 acres and can accommodate up to 225-250 guests. We have a separate ceremony patio, a lawn ceremony option as well as a cocktail hour veranda. Ceremonies can take place on the patio, the grounds or under the trees or almost anywhere couples would like to on the property. We are an a la cart venue, which means we are a blank slate for you to create the wedding of your dreams. we offer ceremony benches a wooden arbor and a good amount of decor and lighting. There are TWO 5 bedroom houses on the property for rent. These houses are perfect for your wedding parties to stay at, and get ready at.

With the beauty of Lake Winnipesaukee at our doorstep, Brewster Academy offers the Pinckney Boathouse and adjacent Palazzo Field as a venue for weddings and other events. Located on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the view makes Brewster a popular location for weddings. If you are planning on a smaller, intimate wedding you may choose to rent out the Pinckney Boathouse only. If you are having a larger gathering you have the option of renting the boathouse and the adjacent field. Included in your rental fee with the Pinckney Boathouse are tables and chairs. We do not supply tables and chairs for outdoor events. **Please note, Brewster only hosts weddings from June-August**
