Upscale Victorian estate with custom built boutique barn to reflect the era of the house. The Victorian house is ideal for your outdoor wedding backdrop, and is used for bridal suite only. The barn allows up to 225 guests and features modern amenities such as restrooms, prep kitchen, and is partially HVAC'd. Parking is suitable for approximately 200 guests, and there is ample room to bus in guests for outdoor only events. Founded in 2012, West Sixth Brewing is located in a 100 year old building called the Bread Box, historically used for the Rainbo Bread Factory, in Lexington, Kentucky. We brew, can and bottle our beer out of this location We pride ourselves on the craft beer we make and having a positive impact on the communities we're a part of. The Barrel Room is our private event space in the brewery that we use to store all of our barrels of wild and sour aged beers. It is a casual space, with tile floor, and walls, with seating for up to 75 people. Although it is unconditioned, usually is very comfortable in the winter. In the summer, however, it can get hot! But if you want an easy place to host a party, with the atmosphere of the brewery, that's the place to do it. This room is equipped with a private bar.

The Mane on Main is a private event space located at 201 East Main Street, on the 15th floor of the Chase Bank building in downtown Lexington. The 12,500-square-foot space was once the Lafayette Club, a private lunch and dinner club. The window-lined walls boast a breathtaking panoramic view of the beautiful Lexington skyline.
