We are all-inclusive and aren't about nickle and dime'ing couples with rentals of things. If you want it and we have it, you can use it. We have an ever-growing decor and festival option inventory that couples get to shop from as they plan their day. Plus we have an on-site woodshop where Mike custom makes every couple that books here a wooden sweetheart dining table to use at their festival and TAKE HOME! We are sentimental folks, and operate a very hands-on wedding experience, making sure every detail is taken care of.

The Dollhouse Tearoom is a smaller, intimate upscale garden-themed tearoom. Full of whimsical decor and antique furniture, you can contract us to serve traditional afternoon English-style tea service or bring your own caterer. Texas Rock House is a labor of love. My grandparents built the house and barns in the 1940's as a working farm for their family. My mother was the youngest of seven children that grew up here. I grew up almost across the street with my mom (Joyce), daddy (Buddy), and brother (Larry). Larry and I spent almost every Friday night here - listening to his records on Grandma's old record player or sitting on the back porch swing counting the number of cars on the trains as they passed by. As a special treat to your guests, you can even reserve our historic Glass Bottom Boats! Spring Lake is an OUTDOOR venue with no cover. Clients are welcome to rent tents to accommodate their guests. There is one small conference room available, but seating and availability is very limited. Please keep this in mind when planning your date and time.
