Located in the rolling hills in south central Pennsylvania, The Granary at Peach Glen offers a rustic and beautiful scene for any wedding celebrations. Views of the South Mountain Appalachian Ridge and surrounding apple orchards provide the perfect backdrop. Couples can use the many locations on the property to exchange vows including the original barn stone foundation. The landscape around the historic Granary allows for cocktails and receptions, while the wedding party takes advantage of the many photo opportunities on the property. In 1902, Elmer Thomas and his wife purchased the plot of land right off Peach Glen Road in Gardners, Pennsylvania. Here they settled and built their family home, while farming and harvesting the surrounding land. The Thomas family has continuously worked to restore and bring the property back to life. We are honored to have such a beautiful and historic piece of history still within the family to share with you for your special day.

Citizens Ballroom is a cornerstone building turned wedding and special event venue in the heart of historic downtown Frederick. The former bank has been lovingly renovated to its original glory and updated for its new life as a celebration space. Originally built in 1908, the building still contains most of its original details, including bronze doors, statement 30-foot coffered ceilings and signature bank vaults. Come in for the gorgeous venue and stay to enjoy our industry changing policies that allow you to customize your day beginning with our standard 16 hour day. Come early to relax in your dressing suite, give your vendors ample time to decorate and set up, and plenty of time for photographs! You're free to select your favorite licensed/insured full service caterer, and our curated short list is a great place to begin. Our tables and chairs are included and we offer rental service for any additional items (linens, china, glassware etc.). We would love to celebrate with you!

Large rustic barn and field in Loudoun County wine country. Many wineries, breweries, historic places and outdoor activities nearby. This is a working farm and has farm animals. This is an authentic farm feel, and a blank slate to design your own custom spaces. This is a rustic, working barn, not an event facility with chandeliers. The barn has AV, tables and chairs, refrigerator, a bar area, and some seating. There is additionally outdoor space that is also available.

Our gorgeous event space offers a variety of options to suit your needs: The Grand Ballroom (2,600 sq. ft.): This elegant space accommodates up to 74 guests with banquet seating and a dance floor. The Patio: With seating for up to 30 guests, the patio also serves as an excellent cocktail reception area. It can be rented independently or in conjunction with the Grand Ballroom for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The Mezzanine (1,200 sq. ft.): Overlooking the Grand Ballroom, this versatile space provides additional seating for up to 36 guests and can be added to your ballroom rental to expand your event space.

The Oak Barn at Loyalty is an active farm venue located in Leesburg, Virginia. The Oak Barn at Loyalty sits on 21 acres of lush farmland and has stunning views of the nearby Shenandoah Mountains. The Venue is known for its intimate private setting, great views of the mountains, multiple outdoor spaces including a mountain view ceremony site, a bistro lit patio for cocktail hour, a lounge area with fireplace and games, a two-story temperature-controlled barn Amish built with U shaped balcony and two luxurious get ready suites. Couples may host up to 175 guests for their ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsal dinners. There is also ample parking for guests and vendors. Caboose Farm is a beautiful, rustic wedding venue located in Sabillasville, Maryland (just north of Frederick, MD) that blends beautiful scenery with convenient accommodations. Located in close proximity to Baltimore; Washington, D.C.; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the venue offers a charming 220-acre space with access to attractions such as golf, wineries, and hiking. Its scenery also provides a beautiful backdrop for events, with scenic wedding sites to choose from, countryside barn, and pastoral farms and pastures. Inside the event buildling we can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. For groups over 150, we would have to bring in a tent for the dinner portion of the evening. The property offers seven fully furnished houses on its premises that can, collectively, accommodate 97 guests. The houses offer you the opportunity to spend a full weekend with your friends and family while celebrating your special day with those you love!

This historic barn, built in 1870's in New Kingston, PA, has seen many chapters. Moved to Shippensburg, PA, in 1946 after a fire, it faced demolition in 2019. With the love and support of family and friends, we undertook the incredible task of relocating the barn and several outbuildings. Our dream was to create a unique and cherished wedding venue for our daughter and son-in-law – a dream that has blossomed into Rustic Reflections Venue. We are passionate about helping couples bring their wedding visions to life, while also offering a welcoming space for gatherings of all sizes. Lakewood Estates is a secluded property surrounded by 153 forested acres in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. Built in 1918, the Carlisle Ribbon Mill was a functioning ribbon mill until 1987. The building sat mostly empty until the MCcarren family bought the property in 2003. They spent the next few years bringing it back to life and 2006 started restoration on what is now the Carlisle Ribbon Mill Banquet Facility.
