Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Hildegard and the SkyView staff! We planned our wedding less than a year out, and Hildegard was very accommodating and very responsive throughout the planning process - she was truly a pleasure to work with. On wedding day, we also had Jenn and Iwan helping out to make sure the day ran smoothly. We did our ceremony off-site so we cannot speak on that, but our cocktail hour and reception were absolutely awesome! We still have guests raving about how good the food was and how beautiful the venue and grounds are. You definitely get the best value for your money in terms of northern NJ wedding venues, and we couldn't recommend SkyView enough!

Where do we even begin! We had our wedding November 30th, 2024 and had the absolute most perfect special day. We originally toured with Kyle and knew from then this would be our venue. Out of all the venues we toured, he was the most descriptive and passionate, answering any and all questions. From then on, everything was absolutely seamless and easy in every way. Jessica, who does floral and design…NO WORDS. She is an absolute gem to work with and master of florals. I had a very specific vision with colors and she made our wildest dreams come true. She met with me multiple times to ensure what I envisioned was what I wanted, and answered every single email so fast with my questions/changes/comments. Katrina was our coordinator through CKE, and was lovely to work with. She was there to answer any and all questions and extremely communicative leading up to wedding day when things can become stressful :) Day of she was also somehow always by our side the second we needed something. Lastly, the food…guests are still raving about it. It is beyond delicious and there are tons and tons of options to choose from. I have to give a special shoutout to the Lechon station, as people will not stop talking about how unique and amazing it was. We cannot thank the team at Crossed Keys enough for the dedication and attention to detail they put into making our day perfect. The communication is top notch, the food is beyond amazing, and the florals went beyond our wildest dreams.

Booking with The Wedding Foundry at Liberty View Farm is the best thing my husband and I have ever done. We were looking to have a small intimate wedding, but every venue tour we did still had a 75-100 person minimum and required a large cost requirement for catering. Then I happened upon The Wedding Foundry when researching micro weddings. We had one phone call with Billiam and immediately signed the contract, without even viewing the venue first. As a bride, the fact that they were including the venue, the officiant, photography, florals and catering was the best thing ever. It took so much stress off of me while planning this wedding, as I did not have to run around to different vendors. Billiam and Erica were extremely communicative and really took the time to learn what we were looking for. Day of, Billiam and his day of coordinator Cathy made sure the day ran perfectly. We were absolutely blown away from how beautiful our venue was. The florals they created made our wedding look like a fairy tale. Our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. Erica was an absolute pro with photography, really taking her time with my husband and I for our portraits. Throughout the night she made sure to capture every moment. Erica sent teasers to us within a week of our wedding and the photos are beautiful. The officiant, Michele, was amazing. She created the most personalized and beautiful ceremony that fit us perfectly. We loved how she included a hand-fasting ceremony as well. Multiple guests approached us to let us know that there was not a single dry eye during our ceremony. The Wedding Foundry truly created our perfect day. We are so happy with our intimate wedding, we had 46 of our closest friends and family and everyone truly enjoyed the day. The North Shore House holds a special place in our hearts- they helped make our wedding day the literal BEST DAY EVER. From start to finish, we couldn't have been happier! Emma and the rest of the staff were timely with communication, SUPER organized, helpful with details, and so attentive. Emma was truly a rockstar point person- we can't rave about her enough! The space speaks for itself: the outdoor space perfectly amplifies the natural beauty of the lake, and the indoor space is cozy, warm, and inviting- a perfect place to dance the night away! The food was amazing (must get the pistachio crusted lamb chops), and the wait staff was the most helpful. We have been to the restaurant several times before, so knew the food was delicious, but our guests couldn't stop mentioning how tasty everything was! Some bullet points of things we LOVED: -the hotel rooms are cozy, individual, and inviting, with space for all the hotel guests to chill and hang out -North Shore picked us up from my parent's lake house on the other side of the lake in their 2 pontoon boats, and we had a blast riding to the ceremony -everything was meticulously set up, from the beautiful white chairs to the signs we had made -Can't stress how beautiful the outdoor ceremony was -My husband and I scheduled 5 minutes alone together in the bocce ball quart after the ceremony during cocktail hour, and the staff had pre set a plate of hors d'ouvres and 2 cocktails there for us so we didn't miss any of the food -One of the waitresses told my husband and I at the start of the night that she was going to make sure we ate enough and drank enough water throughout the night- she was so sweet, and several times made sure we had cocktails and champagne. -The dance floor was big enough for all of our friends and family to dance- we were on the floor the entire night! - We used all of the North Shore House's preferred vendors (Platinum Band, Karen's Kreations, Orchard Street photography, Stocker Bus) and couldn't have been happier with their suggestions -We did an after party in the back bar- super fun! If you want a beautiful venue with picture perfect outdoor space, cozy indoor space, delicious food, super helpful personnel, and overall GREAT vibes, book North Shore House!

We fell in love with this venue the moment we drove up the road. My husband and I grew up in NJ, live in Brooklyn, and were looking for a venue that felt like a nature retreat while still being accessible for our friends and family. Milford is a great town just down the road and the hotels are so close too. Linnea and Alec were so communicative and helpful with the endless lists of questions we sent them. We cannot thank them enough for setting the stage for the weekend - and I'm just so impressed with how seamless and easy it felt to use their venue. We were struck just by the beauty of the whole property. It's absolutely marvelous! We were surrounded by charming little bunnies and butterflies the whole weekend. We took advantage of the place for the whole weekend - a Friday night pizza truck party, multiple pool and hot tub hangouts, and a Sunday bagel brunch in the barn. Everybody was raving about the barn, farmhouse, and cottage. The sunset during the reception created a great atmosphere for our guests to congregate and enjoy the lawn. We felt right at home and it made our wedding so incredibly special.

Cedar Lakes Estate is a slice of heaven on earth. I have had the pleasure of working with Cedar Lakes Estate for the last 5-6 years. Everything that the CLE team does is done with the intention of creating the most magical + memorable experience for their guests. They always put their best foot forward and understand what it takes to produce flawless events. So where do I begin? Food + Beverage: Their delicious food will melt in your mouth and will blow your mind. One of the things that I appreciate about their menus is that it is the farthest from wedding catering. It is so good that I have used them in NYC for events and weddings. Their culinary skills are sharp and they do what they do really, really well. Their menus are approachable but their flavor profiles + presentation are high end. CLE Team: One of my favorite things and strongest asset of CLE is their staff and team. Their serving staff is trained in house and are not random cater waiters. Their staff takes extreme pride in what they do each day and weekend and you can tell. They are invested in the client and in the brand which translates in everything they touch and do. From their management team all the way through to their housekeeping staff their team's hospitality + hard work is consistent. As a planner It's wonderful peace of mind. The Grounds: I like to say that CLE is the Disneyland of wedding venues and each year it gets better and better. I love being able to create unique and personalized events with my couples at CLE because the options are endless when producing an eventful wedding weekend. It doesn't matter what season your event is, there is always something to do for everyone. Accommodations: I mean...they are dreamy! It is such a treat to be able to host so many guests on a property. It changes the dynamic of a wedding weekend when you have the ability to host a large portion of your family and friends onsite. It makes it so much more fun + memorable! Not only are the accommodations comfortable, they are styled beautifully and allow guests to feel like it is a home away from home. We had our wedding at Grand Cascades in June 2022 and had such an amazing experience! Throughout the planning process we worked with Sarah, who was awesome all the way from planning the details, picking up the phone whenever I needed her, providing advice on anything I asked, and all the way through to the day of. She handled everything that came up with grace and kindness, even in tough family situations that arose. We chose CS Grand Cascades for a few key reasons (1) the amazing menu and presentation of the food (2) the beautiful ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces no matter rain or shine and (3) the value you get for your money. We also LOVED the fact that the hotel was on-site and we didn’t need to worry about transportation for ourselves or our guests throughout the day and afterwards. This provided SO many advantages, including access to the bridal suite all day and being able to take advantage of the hotel bar on-site for a causal after party without any extra cost to us. It is definitely an under-rated venue in NJ that we are SO happy we found! We were able to stick to our ideal budget while not comprising on quality of the event. I have been told by so many people how we threw the BEST wedding they’ve ever been to. The event staff is a well-oiled machine and truly think of everything to make your day the most special and seamless experience. Highly recommend to all future brides!!

Camp Sacajawea was the best decision we made while wedding planning! We knew we didn’t want a standard ball room wedding but never could have imagined a venue as cool as Camp Sacajawea. The day we saw it we knew it was for us. The staff was super kind and helpful! The ambiance is eclectic and lends its self to so many possibilities, they even have a bunch of decor other couples have donate following their events to pay it forward to the next couple! You can use any vendors you want to make your event exactly as you wish! They even offer lawn games and, archery / axe throwing for events. We also came from out of state and they were super flexible/ supportive to make sure we were comfortable. Don’t hesitate if you’re interested, worth every penny! All our guests are raving about how much fun they had !

I would highly recommended The Pond at Triplebrook! The grounds are extremely clean and well cared for. The cabins they offer for overnight guests are darling and extremely clean. Ozzy's and her staff were overtime to make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. They even helped set out our decorations. I can't say enough great things about this place. Weddings are stressful and Ozzy tries her best to take as much pressure as possible. This place is gorgeous and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

They also have a fantastic selection of preferred vendors! Our event coordinator, Kristian, along with Maitre'Ds Brenda and Brandon, were simply outstanding! Their communication, both via email and on the day itself, was seamless. Everything unfolded even better than I had envisioned! I did encounter a decor hiccup with the arch behind my sweetheart table, which my husband had crafted. On the wedding day, I was trying to adjust it when Brenda noticed my struggle. She immediately stepped in, reassured me, and took charge of the situation. Thanks to her, the arch turned out beautifully, just as I had hoped, and I was so relieved! I truly don’t know what I would have done without her help. Choosing DCI for our wedding was the best decision we could have made, and our day was absolutely flawless! We wholeheartedly recommend them!

We are SO grateful to Camp Lindenmere for having the most beautiful venue and the most supportive, helpful staff! I knew I wanted a camp wedding from day 1 of planning, but most camps require a lot of DIY. Kyle, Elliot and staff are SO on top of planning ,guest bookings, timelines, day of coordination, doing all the set up (I mean we literally brought in our mug favors and they put the little “thank you” tags on, they put batteries in our taper candles, etc. I swear they don’t say no.) The food all weekend was incredible, the drinks were flowing (my husband and I were CRAVING the ribs we had at the reception for a full week after). Our guests were really pleasantly surprised at the “country club” feel of the summer camp - staff is always around on golf carts to escort guests as needed, there’s even a beer golf cart going around on Saturday. The waterfront was beautiful, everyone got a kick out of the high ropes course, people were playing volleyball under the lights all hours of the night. They told us the after-party would end at 1:30 but we were partying til 3:30 and no one was kicking us out. I’m trying to convince everyone I know to get married here so I can come back as a guest!
