2 Beautiful Venues: Wayfarer can accommodate 100 guests and includes all set up, break down, wedding coordination, tables, chairs, and tents.  The venue has a garden party feel with an orchard which makes an incredible natural canopy of trees for our long farm tables to go under for the reception. Lots of really big trees and different garden areas, so there are plenty of sites for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. There are 2 getting ready spaces. There is an indoor space for an intimate ceremony or an outdoor ceremony site and an additional indoor/outdoor space for cocktail hour which has a bar inside of it. Crockett Farm is a historic, 11-acre farm from 1895 and features amazing water views from the ceremony site as well as sweeping territorial vistas. The large barn, complete with original timbers, is the perfect place to accommodate your Whidbey Island wedding and reception for up to 200 guests. On-site guest house available (for an additional fee), sleeps up to 12 guests.

Together, they can produce a wide variety of menus, starting with appetizers through to entrees and concluding with desserts. Dave and Dawn shine with both food and tables overflowing with variety, color and most importantly of all, flavor. Since founding Fireseed Catering it has become more than just catering and now solely hosts, coordinates and caters events held at the Fireseed private venue. In order to create the best event for every couple Fireseed does only take on one event a weekend so let us share your special day with you.

They run a tight ship, but with a relaxed attitude, which I find to be a wonderful combo for vendors, couples and guests. There is always someone nearby who knows what's going on, and as a photographer, I never feel like I have to take on any extra responsibilities (which happens too often at other venues). The property itself is stunning and there are so many areas to take beautiful photos. Dawn & Dave are so good at what they do, and I can't wait for my next wedding at the lovely Fireseed Catering!”
