Meredith Ciaburri-Rousseau, Owner/Head Pastry Chef Since the age of 10, Meredith Ciaburri-Rousseau has had a passion for baking that was originally inspired by her mother and grandmother. In 2006, Meredith opened The Artisan Bake Shop in Rochester, Massachusetts. Meredith has been creating elaborately decorated and absolutely delicious cakes, pastries, cupcakes and pastries featuring locally farmed eggs, fruits and dairy. Meredith’s sweets have been featured in local and National magazines and popular wedding websites.

An Award Winning Chef, Marlene Souza, is the creative and dynamic influence behind Molly B’s Cakes of Distinction and Design. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, she received her Associates in Baking Science and Pastry Arts in 2007. A self-taught business woman, Marlene has been successfully designing and creating cakes for over forty years. Specializing in custom made artisan cakes; she will be delighted to design the cake of your dreams.

Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking industry for over 20 years, making specialty event and wedding cakes as well as her signature pastries. Shauna and her husband and partner Bob have been trained by an expert baristas at Atomic Coffee Roasters and are proud to serve drinks brewed with their beans. All our espresso drinks are made with our gorgeous Italian made La Marzocco machine.

Celebrated is a vegan and allergy friendly bake shop in Richmond, RI. We serve pastries and coffee for takeout. Steph here! Hi! I love creating edible art! I found my passion with cake over 17 years ago when I became a new mom and wanted to make a special 1st Birthday cake for my son. A few years later I was asked to make my very first wedding cake and I haven't put my spatula down since! My passion is creating 3D, Gravity Defying Designs, Realism and working with fresh flowers on blank slates of buttercream or fondant (Marshmallow) to create stunning one of a kind designs!
