Blue Bird Mobile Dessert and Espresso Bar
Owner Shauna Hinchen-Joyal studied pastry arts at Johnson and Wales University and has worked in the baking industry for over 20 years, making specialty event and wedding cakes as well as her signature pastries. Shauna and her husband and partner Bob have been trained by an expert baristas at Atomic Coffee Roasters and are proud to serve drinks brewed with their beans. All our espresso drinks are made with our gorgeous Italian made La Marzocco machine.
We are the only espresso and pastry mobile bar in Massachusetts! We bring the cafe to you so that your guests can enjoy craft coffee and pastries and you can relax and enjoy yourself. I have years of experience working with couples, to bring desserts and pastries that reflect the theme and vibe of their wedding. All of our pastries are handmade and can be as elegant as French macarons and as whimsical as a s’mores cookie. Blue Bird is inclusive and welcomes all couples!

Choose two flavors of locally made ice cream (VEGAN available too) and your guests can choose to have regular or decaf espresso poured over the top! It’s the marriage of two amazing treats… ice cream and coffee!
Full Espresso Bar
Price$500
We bring the cafe to you! Your guests can choose between lattes, drip coffee, matcha tea lattes, chai, herbal and black teas, hot chocolates and more! We work with you to also create a signature latte or drink for your wedding! All of our drinks are made with locally roasted coffee beans or locally blended teas.

Best investment to our Wedding!
Blue Bird Mobile Dessert and Espresso Bar was an absolute hit at our wedding! Their communication throughout the planning process was prompt, detailed, and incredibly helpful. The quality of their work and the value they provided was simply amazing. The display and assortment of sweets, as well as the espresso and specialty lattes and drinks, impressed all of our guests. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how amazing Shayna and her family helpers were. Between the incredible selection of desserts, the delicious espresso and chai drinks, and the perfect affogatos, it was a true highlight of the day. People are still talking about our unforgettable dessert and espresso bar. We wanted to wow everyone, and Blue Bird Mobile Dessert and Espresso Bar did just that!

Blue Bird was a vendor at a wedding we hosted at Glass House and they did an amazing job! There was a great variety of pastries that looked so delicious, a fun espresso cart and an ice cream buffet. The guests all were very happy!

Blue Bird dessert and espresso bar was one of our favorite parts of our wedding! Shauna is so kind and easy to work with! The desserts were delicious!!! Our guests were all raving about how fun it was to have an espresso and biscotti to keep the dance party going strong. We’re very happy we went with this professional and well executed experience. Shauna not only has a beautiful business concept, but is a very talented baker/barista! She is incredibly easy to work with and is so lovely on-site! Everything she touches is magic and I highly recommend her!
