At the top of the grand staircase in the all-glass foyer, guests will find a tall corridor, flanked by two sets of massive, 12 foot turn-of-the-century doors, leading to a grand ballroom, complete with a show-stopping chandelier.

The Embers is located in Southwestern Michigan, on the banks of the St. Joseph River. This hidden gem is only a 20-minute drive from Notre Dame and 1.5 hours away from Chicago. The Chapel at The Morris Estate (formerly Morris Farms) has been providing a breathtaking backdrop for weddings since 1938. E.M. Morris built The Chapel as the Centre Meeting House on his 1,000 acre farm in Niles, Michigan. It began as the setting for his daughter's wedding and has since hosted important events for both the Morris family and community. Although there have been renovations to add modern conveniences, the property's quaint atmosphere and rich heritage will continue to be maintained.
