Event 180 is a unique private venue featuring exposed brick, polished hardwood floors, brass chandeliers, and 17-foot ceilings in Rochester's historic Saint Paul Quarter. Within walking distance from Rochester's downtown hotels, our space is well-suited for all types of events including weddings, corporate parties, birthdays, and art showings. We can comfortably seat 80 for dinner and 135 for cocktail-style events. With 28 years in the hospitality industry, you can trust us with your special event from beginning to end.

The Recital Room; Seating: 65. Great atmosphere for wedding ceremonies, showers, anniversaries, banquets, birthday parties, corporate events. The Loft @ Chandler is nestled in historic Black Rock, and features a modern industrial aesthetic, freshly brewed Thin Man beer, and delicious food by Tappo Pizza, made on site in our dedicated events kitchen. An outdoor ceremony location is available - a cool community courtyard, surrounded by red brick buildings, and home to vibrant mural artistry. It is just across the street from the Loft. We rent chairs for this space at $4 per chair, and there is a $150 site fee for the courtyard. If your group is under a certain size (appox. 80 ppl), you may marry in the Loft space itself. Winter weddings may marry in the loft, with a small amount of chairs and standing room for ceremony.
