Hi there! I’m Joey, the owner and cake artist behind Joeycakes Custom Cakes & Confections. First off, congratulations on your engagement! My journey into the world of cakes began with a love for baking that I nurtured into a career by attending culinary school, where I graduated in 2023. It was there that I discovered my passion for cake decorating. I quickly fell in love with the process of turning simple ingredients into edible works of art that not only taste amazing but also tell a story—your story.

Boomerang Bites is a female founded and operated company. Created in 2018, we hand craft wholesome, delicious bite-sized sweet baked goods using traditional Australian ‘slice’ recipes. We offer beautifully plated bites in a variety of flavors that are perfect for events, or let your guests leave happy with our artisanal gift box party favors. We are passionate about spreading the goodness of our unique and delicious Aussie treats, but also about giving back. For every bite we sell we give back 20% of profits to educational causes. At BB we believe that life is a Boomerang - when you send out goodness, it comes right back.

Perfectly Styled & Sweet is a custom cake shop located in NJ. We specialize in wedding and celebration cakes. We have been featured in several publications including the notable Brides Magazine and Munaluchi Bride Magazine. We have also created custom orders for celebrities, such as Marc Anthony and Coco Austin. Our passion for our work has also allowed us the opportunity to appear on such shows as Despierta America. Our purpose is to create one-of-a-kind masterpieces and everlasting memories for our clients.

Creations by Sabrina was a dream, turned into a reality. The owner/head baker, Sabrina Venturini, has always had a love for creating smiles by sharing her yummy creations. She attended Johnson and Wales University and graduated in May of 2019 with an associates in baking and pastry and a bachelors in food service management. She decided to take her career to the next level by opening her own bakery in Boonton, New Jersey.

A native of Trinidad and Tobago, Nikisha Williams found her calling to cuisine at a very young age. In the Caribbean, it was commonplace to share large meals with family and friends made from ingredients picked outside your door and seasonal harvest feasts were shared with the entire community. Nikisha learned quickly that good, nourishing food was a blessing meant to be celebrated and she developed a passion for celebrating it.

I’m Tara Barbera-Brown, owner of the Sugar Stylist! I have been working in the hospitality business since I was 18 years old and have always loved sweets, whether it be baking for my family and friends, creating a candy bar for a special event or just sharing my secret stash of fun dip with my nieces and nephews at various family events. I recently turned my love for all things sugar into a business of my own and I am so grateful for all of the support we have received so far. I am so happy to be sharing my passion with you and appreciate the opportunity to create something special for the happiest moments of your lives! ​
