“The minute we booked our wedding location in Mystic. We knew we wanted Yumiko & the Hana Floral team to do our flowers. We had seen her stuff on Instagram and knew she would knock it out of the park... and boyyyy did they! We wanted our flowers to stand out and when we showed Yumiko a photo of a really cool flower we saw online she immediately took it and ran. The flower ended up being a King Ice Protea... it was the centerpiece of all of the bouquets, our incredible wedding ceremony arch, as well as the table runner for our head table of 50! Fast forward to the day I unboxed them and I was floored, some of the petals even FEEL REAL. Don’t know how they do it. Shipping was easy, fast and return labels were in sticker form to just pop back on. Our guests had no idea they weren’t real, especially with our low light reception it was impossible to tell. It was a breezed - we spent about 450 for 9 large centerpieces, bouquet and a few boutonnières for the guys from the Marlowe collection rather than the 2-3k quite well we’re getting from florists here in Atlanta that at the end of the day aren’t sustainable and would have looked the same (at best). We rented the ‘Moody Romance’ suite and I purchased an add on of a custom bridal bouquet and boutonnière!
