“Our wedding was at Big Sky Barn on May 7, 2021. We decided on Weddings Unlimited as our wedding vendor for the following services… DJ- Ali Videographer- Jordan Mirror Photo booth- David Special Effects: Gobo, Up lighting, and Dancing on the Clouds Planning team- Amber & Celeste From the beginning of our planning Alex was quick to respond and answered any questions we had throughout. Their DJ app and website portal is easy to navigate, and allow you to easily customize and create our wedding music, photobooth welcome screen, and gobo. My initial music meeting with Amber was thorough, and really helped ease anxiety I had with the ceremony music. Our ceremony music had to be cut, and our niece sang to the instrumental song, and the DJ, Ali, worked with my niece to help execute it perfectly. Ali stuck to our selected playlist which we were really adamant about wanting. The videographer, Jordan, arrived on time and was great! He worked alongside my photographer without any conflict. We just received our 1-minute video teaser and just the 1-minute video is absolutely what we hoped for and cannot wait to see the full video. Amber and Celeste were great throughout the entire process, and the day of the wedding Amber communicated with the groom and I and made sure we didn’t need anything and were enjoying ourselves. The photo booth was a huge hit, and our guests loved it. The attendant, Jordan, was friendly, and helpful with how the photo booth worked. Thank you, Weddings Unlimited team, for being a part of our special day. It was truly a pleasure having you as our vendor.”

The reception hall which is just a few steps away is equally beautiful, not needing really anything at all to enhance the look. My wedding planner is Sheila and she has been fabulous along the way. With the being my FIRST and ONLY marriage, I have so many questions and believe me I had emailed Sheila probably more than I text my fiance, but she is super sweet and has answered every question I had without any hesitation. When I visited the venue I fell in love, then I met the owners. Brendan and Cathy are nothing short of LITERAL angels on earth. “Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. As the Mother-of-the-Bride, I wanted to do everything I could to help make the wedding day as magical as my daughter and son-in-law imagined. We visited their booth at the Houston Bridal Extravaganza in June 2023 and met Howard that day. We actually met and interviewed several professional coordinators and ultimately selected Howard and Coordinating Miracles. From the first meeting, Howard's experience was evident and it was clear he was all in. He has done so many weddings & events, asks great questions, listens to the answers, and brings ideas and suggestions. Even if you don't have a fully formed vision, he can guide you to get to the experience you want. Howard kept us on schedule, but yet we never felt 'rushed' - it was just a smooth experience. The day of the wedding (and even the day of the rehearsal), the Coordinating Miracles team was just incredible and so responsive. It was beehive of activity, and every detail was executed to perfection with Howard at the helm. As the MoB, I was truly able to enjoy every moment with my daughter and her attendants before the wedding. Everything came together beautifully at the wedding and reception I just cannot give enough thanks for Howard and his entire team. Our family and friends commented multiple times how kind and attentive they were. It's difficult to call out everything that they did to make the day a "miracle" - so suffice to say that we will never forget it. I'm including a few photos here, and one in particular shows Howard with my daughter and I about to walk down the aisle. Her veil got caught up with the wind and Howard made the ''save".”

My husband and I live out of state, but had our wedding back in Texas where our families are, and Maureen prepared us tastings and send them all the way to Chicago with my parents so that we could try them! She also was able to make a gluten free cake (I am celiac) taste better than a normal one! Our first bite of our wedding cake was like heaven, and our guest are still RAVING about how good our cupcakes were that she made!
