Provident Doral at The Blue, offers a very unique and private setting where spacious suites are spread out in 15 separate buildings. Unlike other more traditional hotels, our property sits in 17 acres of land that affords you the luxury of space, being away from crowds in elevators, lobby or gatherings of people. The hotel is located across from Downtown Doral, 6 miles from Miami International Airport and 3 miles from Famous Dolphin and International Mall. Our Larger Event Space is located on the main building, Club House-second floor. The Cobalt Room is a beautiful 1,700 SF event space divisible in two rooms; Cobalt A (700 SF) and Cobalt B (1,000 SF) with natural light, high ceiling and French doors. The Cobalt Room is adjacent to a covered veranda of 3,000 SF with outstanding garden and pool views. Our 7,000 SF Pool Patio area offers a magical ambience for outdoor events. We have an expansive collection of event spaces including a large, umbrella covered outdoor patio dining area, comfortable lounge, beautiful fountain-facing turf ceremony area, outdoor and indoor bars, intimate private dining room, and large indoor dining room within the brewery. As a brewpub, our focus is our house-made beers, but we also offer a full-liquor bar. In addition to beers and liquor, Bay 13 also holds one of the largest Australian wine lists in the country. At Bay 13, feature a full kitchen offering classic Australian, American and Pacific cuisines including grilled meats, fresh seafood and creative vegetarian options. Our events team at Bay 13 is highly experienced and trained with a point of contact dedicated during the planning process to an on-site coordinator present the day of your event. We are highly responsive and able to answer any questions, suggest vendors, coordinate and confirm all appointments to ensure your event is truly memorable and successful!

It’s going to be hard to write all the amazing things I want to say about Bay 13, but I'll start with saying Kelly and Sam are two of the most professional, most detail oriented, and nicest people you will ever have the pleasure of working with. They both went above and beyond to make our wedding day 100% perfect. They were always extremely responsive, and I never waited more than a few hours before hearing back from any one of my many questions. They even went to such lengths as to rearrange their entire restaurant to our planned arrangement a week prior just so the florist and the wedding planner could see the setup in person. All done without me ever having to ask. They also allowed us to use their rooftop area adjacent to the restaurant for an intimate first look that turned out perfect for some beautiful photos. Our ceremony was done in front of the gorgeous fountain, and before the ceremony even started, the bartenders were providing delicious drinks for anyone who wanted them. Throughout cocktail hour and the rest of the evening, no one had to wait longer than a few minutes for a drink and the waitstaff were taking drink orders in the crowd all evening long. We opted for the open bar package, which provided a massive variety that all our guests were complimenting up and down about, all with friendly smiles from the staff. The transition from the outside ceremony/cocktail hour to the indoor dancing and dinner was seamless, and if you ever have the concern of seeing bar patrons in your event, do not worry at all. Not once did we have outside guests accidentally wander in. The food deserves a paragraph all its own. Prior to our event, we were invited to try out custom menu presented by their chef at a food tasting, which was a delight by itself. The appetizers served at cocktail hour were almost meals by themselves consisting of chicken and beef skewers , lamb sliders, and several other delicious items. For dinner, the restaurant provided a menu for our guests, all of which was served hot and fresh the night of the wedding. Our guests were able to order like they were at a normal restaurant with options 4 appetizers and 4-5 dinner options with no need for prior notifications from our invitations. In addition, there is a small private room surrounded by the distilling barrels that is hidden from the rest of the main area, which was convenient to be in prior to the ceremony and for necessary wardrobe changes/modifications throughout the evening. Overall, Kelly and Sam did an outstanding job of helping to orchestrate whole evening, which went off without so much as a hiccup. Their attention to detail made my husband's and my night truly the best one we have ever had and I am 100% sure they will do the same for you. Professional photos to come!

Built in 1954, The Club of Knights boasts its original, mahogany cathedral-style ceilings, oak wood floors, lush garden space complete with a lit tree centered around a waterfall, and modern, large bar space for cocktail hour. The built-in lighting and sound system consists of an LED dance floor, built-in, color-changing-down lighting, and moody chandeliers. Having both an indoor and outdoor space, the Club of Knights is easily transformed into any style or vision.

The Club of Knights was an outstanding venue for our wedding. Their communication via email was direct and to the point, which we appreciated during the busy planning process. On the day of, the staff was professional, attentive and accommodating - we had a personal butler attending just to the bride and groom all evening. The bar staff was incredibly talented, crafting amazing cocktails that elevated the experience for all our guests. We were thrilled with the quality of service and value The Club of Knights provided, making our special day truly unforgettable.
