Something Bleu Events

5.0

  • Starts at $2,500
  • Serves Miami, FL
  • Offer

Hi, I’m Leticia, the creative heart behind Something Bleu Events. What started as a personal passion has flourished into a business where I bring a high level of care and creativity to weddings and events. I believe each celebration deserves to be as unique as the people it’s for, and every arrangement tells a story. From intimate dinners to grand weddings, I work closely with clients to create moments that don’t just look beautiful but feel unforgettable. At Something Bleu Events, every gathering is a curated experience, filled with personal touches and thoughtful design.

Something Bleue Events was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication was always prompt, clear, and they were readily available to address any of our questions or needs. The quality of their work was simply beautiful - the flowers they provided were amazing and exceeded our expectations. They were able to source hard-to-find dahlias for our bouquets and created an exquisite bud vase table arrangement for each guest table that added such an elegant, romantic touch to the setting. Not only did they do an incredible job with the ceremony and reception florals, but they also worked seamlessly with our cake artist and arch rental company to ensure all the decor elements complemented each other perfectly. We could not have been happier with the results, and Something Bleue Events truly helped make our wedding day a magical, unforgettable experience.

Something Borrowed Blooms

4.9

  • Starts at $250
  • Serves Miami, FL

Thousands of brides across the United States and Canada have trusted Something Borrowed Blooms to provide the perfect flowers for their wedding day. We offer brides the expensive peonies, delicate ranunculus, out-of-season anemones, and the ever-impossible-to-find-magnolia — all at a fraction of the cost.

Awarded Best of Zola
The process of using something borrowed blooms was so easy. I loved that the flowers could be reused and that I wasn't going to spend thousands of dollars on flowers that would just be thrown away! They included the return label in the box with the flowers they shipped out, which was great because we did not have a printer at our destination wedding. All of our flowers were fake because I was also worried about the heat wilting our flowers. I only rented bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and a dog collar- but I wish I had rented my centerpieces as well! Amazing experience with SBB all around!

Poppy put together the my bouquet and the boutineeres from the groomsmen and aisle markers. The flowers were beautiful but I was a bit underwhelmed with the final product. I had wanted a much larger bouquet and compared to what I received it was beautiful but not what I was truly expecting.

Nery's Flowers

5.0

Miami, FL

Our story started when Nery - a mother of the bride on a budget - did the flowers for her first daughter's wedding 30 years ago in Westchester, Miami. Talk about DIY, huh? The guests liked the wedding flowers so much, that they started recommending Nery for other events. Long story short, today we are a family business - 3 generations of women and one lucky guy - who love what we do.

Every step of working with Tati and her team was an absolute dream. The Nery’s team made every step of the process so simple. We were able to schedule all our calls through an online portal, were provided a Pinterest board with our initial proposal showing inspiration, and were provided a detailed itemized invoice explaining everything we would receive. The amazing communication we received from was so helpful to us as we planned ourselves . Day of our wedding the team was on time and everything was absolutely gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend working with Nery’s flowers for your wedding.

    Lucelo Flor LLC

    3.7

    Miami, FL

Hi, I’m Monika, proud wife, mom and founder of Lucelo Flor. I named Lucelo Flor after my two boys, Lucas and Marcelo – they are my greatest creations and second to them are my floral arrangements! I have an eye for aesthetics and a passion for perfecting the details that make an event look and feel perfect. I love all the details that events have but I specialize in floral design because I know that the right curation of petals and greenery will add life, texture and a certain vibe to every event.

Monika more than delivered on my wedding day, she killed it! ! From the very beginning, she was extremely responsive, understood my vision perfectly and was so fun and easy to work with. I asked for simple white tropical florals and that is what we got! I really liked that the proposal listed each of the flowers that would be incorporated. It made me feel confident that she understood the look I was going for. The bouquets, floral arch, aisle decor, table settings, and tropical leaves seating arrangement were all exactly what I had envisioned. I coordinated with Monika to have the tropical leaves picked up three days before the wedding so we could have a calligrapher write the seating arrangements on them. She made it so easy to pick up and then arranged the tropical leaves in such a beautiful way. I have gotten so many messages since the wedding complimenting the florals! I highly recommend Lucelo Flor and cannot thank Monika enough for bringing my floral vision to life. Great value and great vendor. You will absolutely love what Monika and Lucelo Flor create!

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

      4.8

      • Starts at $350
      • Serves Miami, FL

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

      Awarded Best of Zola
Because of all the florals already there due to the nature of the venue, and all the florals and plants they filled in, I didn’t feel the need to have a ton of florals, so I did them myself! I found Flower Moxie here on Zola and they were so great! If you are thinking about DIY’ing your florals, I would definitely recommend looking into Flower Moxie! They have some set packages you can chose from, but I upgraded to the highest personalized package and it was so worth it. I got to have a phone call with the florist and they put together a custom package, and they definitely killed it, the flowers were exactly what I had in mind. There were so many resources and they went through everything so well I felt so prepared and we had almost no issues putting all the florals together. All of our florals still looked fresh and beautiful on our wedding day, and some of the florals in our arch arrangements lasted WEEKS. A word of caution though: it is definitely a lot of work, so just ensure that you have enough time in town before your wedding (i.e. you can’t fly in the day before your ceremony, if you are traveling to that location) and enough people to help you (for putting together, transporting and anything day of). I actually really enjoyed getting to do my florals myself, and would highly recommend if you are creative and DIYing your wedding!

We have brought beautiful arrangements to our brides since 2015 and are looking forward to continued success in helping our couples make beautiful memories.

Working with Avenue Design Studio was such a pleasure! While florals were important to me, I didn’t feel the need to be heavily involved, and their team made the process so easy. They truly listened to my vision, allowed for updates as my plans evolved, and then took care of everything from there. They were incredibly helpful in working within my budget, creatively repurposing ceremony florals for the reception tables, which made the whole evening feel cohesive and elegant. I appreciated their attention to detail, like including flowers I love (amaranthus) and avoiding ones I don’t (baby’s breath). Their ability to travel and stay all day to assist with setup was such a bonus. Highly recommend Avenue Design Studio!
