Once an active horse farm, Catskill Ranch remains vastly untouched from the 19th century. Modern amenities have been added amongst the old wood & stone to provide comfort and convenience. With flexible layouts, we can spaciously accommodate upwards of 250 guests and also make smaller parties feel cozy and intimate. Our venue offers a 3,300 sqft. reception barn, a 10,000 sqft. rose garden cocktail area with bar & lounge and a cozy farmhouse with bridal & groom suites.

The Brewster Inn is a fine dining establishment with several different dining rooms to accommodate both small and large parties. We are able to host private functions ranging from 20 – 50 people and wedding receptions up to 180 people. We also have 17 beautifully appointed guest rooms, five of which have breath-taking views of the lake. Our brick terrace with a seasonal awning overlooks the spacious lawn down to the lakefront and is a perfect setting for dining and dancing. For your convenience we have created two wedding options – sit down and food stations, each of which is based on a four-hour reception. In-season, weddings are held primarily on Saturdays. We offer afternoon weddings from 1-5pm. There are some exceptions during the off-season for smaller more intimate receptions.
