Since 2015, our brewery has been the perfect backdrop for hundreds of events including weddings, charity events, corporate functions, business networking and social celebrations! Ironclad Brewery is located in an historic building dating back to 1925 in Downtown Wilmington. The building was completely renovated in 2014, but we've maintained much of the character and integrity of the original building. Our brewers hand forge a wide range of craft beer and hard seltzers, using only the best ingredients available. In addition to our craft beer and seltzer creations, we also serve cider, wine, and spirits. ​

128 South is located in historic downtown Wilmington, North Carolina on the banks of the Cape Fear River. We offer a unique venue and reception space for your event. 128 South is located in the historic VonKampen Building and features one of the last great examples of a Victorian façade including the original stained glass windows. Some features include exposed heart-of-pine beams, hardwood floors throughout, and enormous bay windows with views of South Front Street.

Malachi Meadows is a beautiful new venue in the Coastal Carolina area, just fifteen minutes from downtown Wilmington. Malachi Meadows offers a stunning indoor event space with a touch of country and a ton of elegance. Home to the most stunning double staircase for a grand entrance or introduction. The outside garden area is surrounded by lush greenery with a large brick fireplace and patio. New to the venue, is a beautiful pavilion with chandelier and plenty of lighting. Our venue is located in rural North Carolina is the newest and largest in the area. We offer space for approximately 450 guests for expos and conferences, about 300 guests for weddings and formal events, and for outdoor events and concerts we can accommodate over 600 guests. As a uniquely designed garden oasis, Carolina Home and Garden offers indoor and outdoor space for up to 250 guests. A retail garden shop and boutique by day, transforms into a magical venue and gathering place at night. Their Tropical Sunroom event room is exquisite to say the least! Antique Chandeliers hang all throughout the room. French doors and windows surround the space, giving it your “greenhouse” feel. Vines trail from almost every window! Beautiful mature Birds of Paradise are planted in the ground inside the space.

Our venue features a clean white exterior with porches wrapping two sides opening out to a large lawn with bistro lighting. Here you can host cocktail hour with granite top bars cocktail tables & lawn games or add a tent for additional guest space. Our ceremony site overlooks a pond with water feature & ceremony seating set to your specific needs. Inside you will find an expansive ballroom with 14 foot ceilings, farm tables & chiavari chairs. Our coastal themed room is beautifully decorated with live plants and rich greens, blues and driftwood colors throughout, perfect for a beach or outdoor themed celebration. We offer customizable packages that can be adapted to fit the needs of any small to medium size event, from 10 to 75 people. 1500 sq feet of open floor plan indoor event space with an additional 800 sq feet of covered outside patio space. Seating for 75 inside plus additional outside seating. Integrated bar with award winning locally made beer, as well as wine, cider, liquor and non-alcoholic options. Technology package includes premium indoor/outdoor audio system with PA capabilities and a 125” projection video screen with HDMI and wireless connection options. Pave' is downtown Wilmington's newest event space. We are conveniently located on the ground floor on Water Street (near Chandler's Warf)...just steps away from the River Walk and the Cape Fear River. We book it out from 9-4 or 5-10pm. We are going GREEN and not meaning just adding plants (but yes, more plants the better). No more wasting water washing linen/dishes. Our plates/flatware/cups are biodegradable (we do offer an eclectic mix of real wine/champagne glasses). No more 6 foot banquet tables. This venue is meant for social gatherings. Pave' is cocktail style so lounge if you like on the couch, hop up on a bar stool or stand and mix/mingle. We offer all the rentals. There is only one bathroom at Pave' so that keeps our numbers comfortably in the 25-35 range. This is the vision for Pave'. Saint Thomas was the first Catholic church in Wilmington, built in 1847. Although no longer a church, this beautifully-restored venue in the heart of historic downtown Wilmington is listed on the National Historic Register.
