The owners are great people and are extremely accommodating to everyone! You can have a beer pony, horses in your portraits and the guests truly love the interaction! We booked our wedding at the TWI just about 4 months before our date. Melanie, Sarah, and Brandi made the process so easy. Leading up to the date, they were easy-going and accommodating answering questions and recommending vendors. They were so easy to work with. The day/weekend of, they are true pros and took care of all sorts of little things without skipping a beat. Not to mention the food was incredible! and you can't beat the classic aesthetic of the venue.

They told us that if all we wanted to do was show up with our dress and suit we could, or we can make as many choices as we want… We opted for making choices on things that mattered to us and let them do the rest. Boy did they deliver!!!! The venue was beautiful and well prepared for our day! They worked with us within our budget and made our day absolutely perfect…My husband and I both said we want to get married again every day as long as they are in charge. The food, cake, and beverages were amazing! By far the best wedding food I’ve ever had and our guests agreed. Lindsay and Vicky took great care in every detail of our day to make sure it reflected us and they took great care to ensure we were not stressed at all…it was truly amazing! Again, my husband and I both were so happy and grateful for all of their hard work and commitment to us having the perfect day! We’re anxiously awaiting our professional photos, but here are some from family and friends!

The Lewes Room at Irish Eyes was a fantastic choice for our wedding venue. From the start, their communication was great - they quickly answered all of our questions and made the planning process easy. On the day of, their customer service was top-notch, and they were very accommodating when we ended up running behind due to traffic. The space itself was perfect for our 110 guest wedding, with a beautiful sunset view that made for amazing photos. The dance floor is on the smaller end, but we made it work! The food/drinks were delicious - our guests raved about it all night. We're so glad we chose The Lewes Room, and would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-run wedding venue.

I’ll preface by saying this is my second marriage and can compare my experience with to my first wedding. Catering By Uptown was fantastic from the beginning. They have excellent responsiveness, attention to detail and the food is amazing. Everything we wanted on our wedding day was accomplished. The only slight frustration I experienced was not having contact with our specific day of coordinator until the week of the wedding. But that didn’t even end up being an issue because, as I mentioned, everything was perfect. They’re so flexible and easy to work with. Though I wasn’t communicating with the same person every time I had questions, their internal communication was so strong and efficient that it seemed like I was talking the the same person. I can’t recommend them enough.

We could not be happier with our choice of hosting our wedding at Maryland Golf and Country Club! From the first email inquiry, Rachel was great to work with and extremely helpful - she answered the billion questions we had and was so friendly to work with. Her staff exceeded our expectations the day of - professional, kind, and made the wedding run smoothly. The banquet/ballroom had just gone through renovations before our wedding which made the space even more gorgeous and nothing can beat the view of the golf course and mountains (the balcony off of the ballroom was the perfect escape for a break)! We were lucky to have had great weather which made those outdoor pictures on the course so special. They also hosted our rehearsal dinner the night before - food for both nights was great. However, what really sold us on Hotel Monaco was our main point of contact Randie. From our first venue visit, I knew Randie was going to make our lives easier during the wedding planning process…she still exceeded our expectations. She was professional, reliable, and insanely prompt in answering our millions of questions. Food and dinner service was absolutely amazing as well. The museum was an air conditioned, spacious room that comfortably accommodated our 60 guests. We loved being able to take photos with the historic trains as a backdrop. The B&O staff, especially Kathy, ensured the room was properly set up, clean, and ready for our event. From start to finish, they made the experience nearly flawless. Getting married at the Christiana Hilton was a great decision. We loved the smaller ballroom so we could have an intimate wedding. The ceremony space, ballroom and hotel in general was beautiful. The food was delicious and we keep getting compliments from our guests. We had our rehearsal dinner there as well and that food was awesome as well. It was so convenient to arrive Friday afternoon and not have to leave until Sunday. And Katie made it so much easier than I expected. I did not want a venue where I had to do all the work and Katie made it so I did the bare minimum a bride can do and still got a beautiful and personalized wedding. It was a perfect day and weekend!
