    I would not recommend getting married at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Newark-Wilmington South. The communication and management of our wedding was terrible. The hotel changed our wedding coordinators multiple times, which made the process extremely disorganized and inefficient. They seemed more focused on trying to get more money out of us than ensuring our special day went smoothly. While the banquet staff did make some efforts to accommodate my requests, like providing me with a special non-alcoholic drink and saving an extra piece of cake, overall the quality of their work was very poor. I had to explain myself over and over through emails and phone calls, but they still managed to mess up the setup and implementation of what I wanted. The hotel completely embarrassed my family and I in front of our guests by not following the clear directions we had provided. I would not suggest anyone get married at this location, as they have no idea what they are doing and will only contribute to added stress on your wedding day.
