I highly recommend Hidden Pines, Hurst. It was Simply elegant and everything we imagined, but better. The Ceremony room was right next to the reception area, which the guest really appreciated. Our bridal suite was very classy, and perfect for a bride and her bridesmaids. Our wedding planner, Raven, Went above and beyond to make the wedding planning process easy for us so we can have a stress free experience. The food was amazing as well as the DJ, Ray. • All-inclusive
  • Indoor
  • Starts at $5,000

Lorenzo Hotel is proud to offer an absolutely breathtaking wedding reception venue in Dallas, TX with picturesque views of the vibrant downtown Dallas skyline. Our Skye Ballroom offers a stunning backdrop for that once-in-a-lifetime wedding. Located on the 12th floor, this spectacular reception venue boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and is the perfect complement to your special day, and truly a unique wedding venue.

Working with the Lorenzo Hotel was so easy! They are extremely communicative, helped us get a block for our guests, took excellent care of myself (Bride) and worked with our budget. The Bridal party got ready day-of in the Cake Suite, amazing and beautiful suite! Their was plenty of space for 7 women to get ready in, we took photos in there and there's plenty of photo-op areas throughout this beautiful and unique property! In Sales, I worked directly with America and she is AMAZING!!! Again, she helped with our pricing/budget, we did a site visit to tour the property and she is just such a pleasure to work with. Sales, Front of House, Housekeeping, Valet and the F&B Team provided an amazing experience and I would stay here again and again for my wedding weekend. 20/10 - HIGHLY recommend!

Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown

5.0

Dallas, TX
  • Up to 100 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor
  • Starts at $2,500

Hotel Indigo, built by Conrad Hilton, is an almost century-old gem conveniently situated in the historic Dallas Arts District, making this property a National Historic Landmark. This hotel was also the very first property to bear the Hilton name and was once the original site for the Dallas Opera House. Now, almost 100 years later, Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown is still booming and welcomes a multitude of individuals with unique, artistic, sophisticated and vintage backgrounds that are seeking an all-inclusive home away from home but adventurous experience.

My daughter and I wanted a single place close to her wedding venue where wedding guests could stay and we could have the rehearsal dinner. Hotel Indigo was the perfect spot! We were able to use an off-site caterer for the dinner, and the personnel at the Indigo graciously provided the room and all necessities including a limited bar. The room setup occurred seamlessly while we were at the wedding rehearsal, and the guests had a wonderful time. Everyone was delighted with their rooms and the breakfast and bar service in the lobby. The front desk, housekeeping, and valet staff were awesome, providing a sense of humor during a stressful time. Thanks to the event staff (particularly Dawn Freeman and her associates) at the Hotel Indigo for giving us this memorable experience. We definitely recommend the Hotel!!

The Carlisle Room

5.0

Dallas, TX
  • Up to 250 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor
  • Starts at $24,000

The Carlisle Room is located in the historic and newly renovated Lone Star Gas building in the heart of downtown Dallas. Originally built in 1932, The Lone Star Gas building is a combination of traditional Art Deco style and modern luxury. This historic room is 5,500 square feet of pure opulence featuring 20 foot ceilings, original marble walls and terrazzo floors.

I got married at the Carlisle Room a couple weeks ago and it was the best experience! The ceremony is downstairs and the reception is on the first floor in one large room, but you have a ton of freedom in the floor plan. I originally thought the dance floor was going to be too small but it was perfect! There are a few break out spaces in the reception room and we had a photo booth in one area, games in another, there are sofas to lounge and cocktail tables to hang at. We had 3 bartenders and 2 bar stations and it was great! The ceremony room is so beautiful but you can only fit 3-4 people on a row. It makes for a long aisle though. The alter is small so our wedding party had to sit on the side. It was great for us because we wanted to be the only ones up there but still unfortunate that it was too small to hold all of us. Also, the bathrooms are downstairs and they are 3/10. My mom brought a ton of bathroom goodies so I think that distracted people from the mediocracy of them. I got ready at the Statler and walked over (it may as well be connected it’s just next door) and that was perfect. Also, don’t be fooled by all the photos you see of people on the stairs outside because that’s at the church next door. It was 109 degrees when we got married but I really wanted those photos and it was hotter than Hades. Lastly, we were very limited to what was allowed for the send-off. I got biodegradable rose petals (that were approved by the venue) and 15 minutes before send-off I was told that we would get fined 500 which was a big bummer since that was approved by the venue coordinator. Anyways, this is a very honest review but I definitely recommend the Carlisle Room! It is so grand and stunning and our photos make me look back and just be in complete awe of the beauty of it all. And we had very minimal decor because the venue is so beautiful on its own.

The Venetian Terrace

5.0

Irving, TX
  • Up to 150 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor & outdoor

We know that your special event should have both the wow-factor and be worry-free. Venetian Terrace has been operating at the same location for over 20 years. That’s why our coordinators work with you on getting each detail just right. And, of course, where you hold your wedding is a big part of that. There are so many Venues in the Metroplex, but none come close to the Euro-Style unforgettable experience you will have at the Venetian Terrace.

Our wedding day on August 19, 2023 at The Venetian Terrace was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped onto the premises to the final gondola exit, every detail was executed flawlessly. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue for our ceremony and reception. This was the only wedding venue we viewed and we put a deposit down the very next morning. Laura McMasters, the wedding coordinator, deserves a standing ovation. Her professionalism, friendliness, and expertise made the entire planning process a breeze. She was always ready to accommodate our requests and ensured that every aspect of our special day was tailored to our vision. Laura's warm and respectful demeanor made working with her a joy, and her meticulous attention to detail truly paid off. We began planning our wedding only 3 months before the big day, and Laura was instrumental in ensuring that our wedding went perfectly. The outdoor setting for our ceremony was breathtaking. Surrounded by the natural beauty of The Venetian Terrace and the surrounding Mandalay Canal, we exchanged vows under the open sky, which added an enchanting touch to the moment. The gondola exit was an absolute showstopper and left our guests in awe. It was a picturesque conclusion to our ceremony, and the Venetian-inspired ambiance added an unforgettable touch of romance. The reception venue itself was a work of art. The elegant decor, the beautiful greenery, and the spacious layout made it the perfect backdrop for our celebration. We received countless compliments from our guests about the stunning setting, and it truly set the mood for an unforgettable evening. Now, let's talk about the food. The salmon and beef tenderloin were culinary delights. The quality and taste exceeded our expectations, and our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious meal. The attention to detail in the presentation did not go unnoticed, and it added an extra layer of sophistication to our reception. Overall, The Venetian Terrace provided us with the wedding of our dreams. It was a day filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories, thanks in no small part to Laura and the entire team at this remarkable venue. We would wholeheartedly recommend The Venetian Terrace to any couple looking for a beautiful and well-planned wedding experience. Thank you for making our special day truly magical.

We had the best time celebrating our next Big Step. Jennifer was our Bridal Attendant and she did an excellent job keep everything moving. Frances was our Venue coordinator who helped get meal place cards in order once we realized I forgot the meal choice stickers. But overall, the team at The Bowden both in the kitchen and in the Chapel were wonderful which made the day run smoothly. We were a smaller wedding (50 guest count) with a Star Wars theme that was out of this world! Wheelchair accessible and smoke free venue.
