About this venue

Hotel Indigo, built by Conrad Hilton, is an almost century-old gem conveniently situated in the historic Dallas Arts District, making this property a National Historic Landmark. This hotel was also the very first property to bear the Hilton name and was once the original site for the Dallas Opera House. Now, almost 100 years later, Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown is still booming and welcomes a multitude of individuals with unique, artistic, sophisticated and vintage backgrounds that are seeking an all-inclusive home away from home but adventurous experience.

The Majestic

A perfect space that marries modern elegance with a contemporary artistic and unique design/ambiance.

With this room being the largest event space we have on property at 1,344 square feet, it has the potential to bring big and small dreams/visions to reality with its many features. This room features uniquely-carved ceilings, artwork that mimics the designs throughout the historic arts & theatre district and pillars that allow F&B elements to be successfully integrated into the event but separately setup so that it does not interrupt the layout of the event.

The Conrad Boardroom

Suitable for quaint sophistication.

This space is 315 square feet large and features a sufficient amount of natural lighting as it has an amazing view of the Harwood action in Downtown Dallas, a boardroom table that can seat up to 10 people, an HDTV with ClickShare capabilities and WiFi connection. This room comes with a Keurig machine and complimentary water anytime it is booked.

The Plaza

This room allows you to take charge and convert it into whatever you need it to be.

Has the ability to be converted into a master bridal suite for hair & makeup, a small classroom for one-on-one or hands-on trainings/seminars or anything else you desire. This space does not have a boardroom-style table or any other furnishings but it does include massive glass windows that provide natural lighting, sheer curtains, and simple but statement-making chandelier lights.

  • Wonderful Rehearsal Dinner and Guest Stays

    My daughter and I wanted a single place close to her wedding venue where wedding guests could stay and we could have the rehearsal dinner. Hotel Indigo was the perfect spot! We were able to use an off-site caterer for the dinner, and the personnel at the Indigo graciously provided the room and all necessities including a limited bar. The room setup occurred seamlessly while we were at the wedding rehearsal, and the guests had a wonderful time. Everyone was delighted with their rooms and the breakfast and bar service in the lobby. The front desk, housekeeping, and valet staff were awesome, providing a sense of humor during a stressful time. Thanks to the event staff (particularly Dawn Freeman and her associates) at the Hotel Indigo for giving us this memorable experience. We definitely recommend the Hotel!!
