I love what I do. I found my way to professional photography in a roundabout way, having started my working career as a marine scientist and environmental educator in CA and then on Maui. After years immersed in the ocean and hundreds of hours spent underwater, I realized that I was happiest on days when I could adventure freely with a camera in hand. The drive to learn more and become a better photographer lead me back to school on the east coast, where I ended up finding a new dream career and a home and community that I love.

Greetings! My name is Mike Cutler, born and raised in Vermont. I fell in love with theatre and film in high school and decided to pursue those passions in life, graduating from Full Sail University with a degree in Film. Filming weddings kind of fell in my lap, and ever since I covered my first wedding in 2009, I fell in love with crafting films that the couple love! Couples have said they were so happy to choose to have film as it really brings their day to life beyond the staple of photography.
