Our secret garden was once home to William Paca, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, Governor of Maryland and local lawyer. Hold your ceremony in front of our Summerhouse on the Bowling Green while your guests take in the view. The Paca House and Garden is located just blocks from the Maryland State House, The United States Naval Academy and Annapolis City Dock. Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. He saw the property transformed into a modern, chic space that maintained the history and character of the original farm. We're a blank slate and host weekend weddings, so estimates given are for Friday - Sunday morning. We also have 15 years experience and know how to help with all the details. Our point is surrounded by miles of water, with sunrise over the Choptank River and sunset over the Chesapeake Bay. We have no neighbors, no cut-off times, and we customize our weddings using our local vendors. We have no hidden fees. We set up meetings with your vendors and you pay them directly. Because we have one of the most unique locations, we had hosted some of the most unique weddings guests have ever attended. The privacy of our point ensures the freedom to make your day as special as you are as a couple. And with plenty of time, there is no rush enjoying the point with your friends and family.

This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Tents and rentals and catering are by our selected vendors and we can assist with all of your wedding needs from music to flowers to makeup artists and hairstylists.
