Annapolis Maritime Museum & Park is a waterfront wedding venue located in the Eastport neighborhood of Annapolis, Maryland. Situated just across Spa Creek from historic downtown Annapolis, this unique museum offers couples and their guests gorgeous views of the Chesapeake Bay and Back Creek. We're happy to accommodate both intimate ceremonies as well as lavish receptions in our indoor or outdoor settings. Get your guests right on the water for a real Chesapeake Bay experience

Our 1,200 sq ft wooden waterfront deck was newly replaced in 2020. The venue rental includes a custom-built tent which is 11' at the perimeter at 17' at the peak, with clear vinyl side panels which can be pulled shut in the event of wind or rain. The waterfront deck features 180 degree views of Back Creek, and views of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge beyond! Enjoy your wedding ceremony or cocktail hour as boats float by.

Annapolis Maritime Museum was wonderful. Paige was super helpful and responsive and guided us through the venue rental process easily. The space is so unique and dynamic for any type of event you want to do. I was most surprised by the outdoor space. I was really concerned that rain would ruin the event, but their dock space and the permanent tent meant that guests weren't bothered by the rain at all. It was literally perfect.

We love working at the Annapolis Maritime Museum (and love the camp also.). Paige is so easy to work with, helpful in every way and makes it a very professional, enjoyable process. People love to hang out on the beautiful dock on the water. We have catered many, many weddings and parties at that site and have always enjoyed the process.

Included in your venue fee are 50 parking spaces that we rent at nearby businesses. 30 spaces in one lot, and 20 in the other. Each are a short 2 block walk to the Museum, and your guests will not have to pay for parking. Cars can be left overnight. We do have 3 parking spaces directly in front of the museum that you can use at your discretion.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and deck entrances, and a large single-stall restroom dedicated to handicap access or companion needs, which includes a changing table.

Our pricing includes exclusive use of the space from 3pm – 11pm (typically events run in the 5pm – 10pm timeframe to account for setup and cleanup), 150 white resin padded chairs, (8) 8’ rectangular tables, 50 nearby parking spaces, a museum site supervisor, and use of the entire facility

At the time of booking, client is required to provide security deposit and one-half (1/2) of venue fee, which is a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining half (1/2) due 30 days before your event. Cancellation of the event will result in a refund of the security deposit, but not the venue rental fee already paid.

At least one month prior to event, signer must provide Annapolis Maritime Museum (AMM) with documented proof (Certificate of Insurance or “C.O.I.”) of a Special Event Liability Insurance Policy for a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence, with Annapolis Maritime Museum named as additional insured.
