I can't say enough wonderful things about The Crystal Coop, the venue where I got married! From start to finish, everything was absolutely amazing. From the onset when we first started talking to Bill and his team, he was attentive to our vision. His thoughtfulness, communication, and feedback helped put our minds at ease during the whole planning process. The mansion really is a one stop shop, especially if you have a more intimate wedding planned. Glassware, stemware, cutlery, and dishes are all available for the reception. We had our wedding in the fall and knew that we wanted amber glasses/ decor for the event and had let Bill know we were purchasing some of this for our guests to use. What we didn’t expect was for him to give us access to all of the existing decor in the mansion that matched our aesthetic. You’re truly not just getting a fantastic venue; you’re working with an amazing person. We also originally planned to have a tent for the reception (which Bill gave a list of recommended places to rent from), as well as our ceremony in a different part of the venue. We changed our mind as the wedding got closer and Bill was not only flexible with this, but supportive and understanding. He helped us layout where we wanted certain decorations to go, how the seating should be arrange, and helped us map out what the day of the wedding would look like. He was so professional and was arguably as excited about our wedding as we were. Leading up to the day of the wedding, some of our guests were staying at the mansion. Bill and his team prepared the rooms for our guests and even made the moments before the wedding memorable as well. They had full use of the mansion and he was a call away if anything was needed. The backyard was decorated with strings of lights, a dance floor, and he had both pews and chairs for our guests to sit in during the ceremony. As for the venue itself, it was originally built by a furniture manufacture near the early twentieth century. The incredibly detailed woodwork throughout the house and in the historic dining room furniture reflect this history beautifully. The downstairs has two fireplaces that made perfect locations for family and group photographs. A freak thunderstorm delayed our departure from the venue, and once again, Bill came through by allowing us to stay an additional night there to ensure our travels were safe. You really can search across the country, but we truly don’t believe you will find a better venue or team than you would here. It made a potentially stressful event into such an amazing start to our marriage.

We had a small wedding ceremony and reception at Tinker House after postponing our originally planned larger wedding due to COVID-19. The staff were so accommodating and understanding and made sure to help us have a special event despite the many changes. Everyone on the team was so kind, helpful, and responsive, and they were always eager to provide support with any of our needs. We loved working directly with Mo on the details leading up to the event, and Miranda and Corbin were so fun, engaging, and helpful the day of. Every detail in the venue is so special - from the bridal suite to the lighting and decor details throughout, it truly stands on its own without the need for a lot of added decor. Everything at Tinker House was absolutely perfect in every single way & we had the best time! Highly highly recommend to anyone wanting to host a gorgeous and seamless event!

Having our wedding at the Oscar Event Center was magical! We just got married, 6/22/24. The venue is beautiful and full of character that you would expect with it being connected to Jungle Jim’s. We worked with Josie from start to finish with all the planning and she made it such an easy process. She was very knowledgeable and brought up great ideas during planning, and was so friendly and easy to communicate with through it all! The food and bar set up was an easy hit with guests. I cannot recommend Josie and the Oscar enough!! Absolutely 11/10.

While the Historic Saint Joseph Hall is an elegant and timeless event space, the venue's communication leading up to our wedding day left a bit to be desired. With a change in staff, it became difficult to have any proactive conversations or get prompt responses, and as I didn't have a wedding planner, I found myself chasing them down a bit in the last month. However, the day-of execution was amazing - the space was immaculate, and the staff, led by the wonderful Morgan, were incredibly attentive, even letting my friends do a celebratory shot together. Overall, the Historic Saint Joseph Hall contributed beautifully to our special day.

As an Indianapolis wedding photographer, I've seen hundreds of weddings in my career, and I'm never as impressed with the teamwork and wedding day as I am at JPS. The venue itself is stunning, with rooftop views, and outdoor terrace, glass lined reception area - it sells itself. That make it even more impressive that the family-owned team is so hands on and thorough, having a strong presence on the wedding day, keeping every moving part running flawlessly, and their attention to detail is amazing. Not to mention their florals are beyond gorgeous every time, and the food is amazing! The entire wedding experience is a level above what you'd expect for Indy, and I'm truly blown away every time! If you're looking for a stunning one of a kind venue, and a true wedding team, they're it! My Instagram is lined with photos I've shot there, and I look forward to going back every wedding season!

The team at the Stutz was overall amazing!! There were a few hiccup because I wasn’t exactly sure who I was supposed to be communicating with just because I talked to 2 or 3 people in the beginning, by the time event day came it was absolutely amazing!! Sarah was so wondering the day before and the day of. Any questions we had she’s readily available. There is of course so much happening during the day if the ceremony but Sarah or someone else from that staff was not far away and we were able to get everything we needed taken care of.
