Candace Lockhart, graduate from the Le cordon bleu in 2005. Tahoe local for 14+ years, Bella Tahoe catering opened in April 2010 and has been growling with the addition of a deli and bakery. Catering Tahoe weddings, corporate events, family reunions, private and public functions for over 14 years.

We started Blend after falling in love at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Upon graduating, we trekked across the country to work tireless hours under envelope-pushing chefs in Napa Valley and San Francisco. We are happy to now call the Greater Reno-Tahoe area our home, as this region is brimming with culinary possibilities and evolving in exciting ways.

We love helping our couples celebrate their love together. Helping them bring the little pieces that helped their relationship grow into their wedding. Incorporating food from a first date or family heritage receipe.

Antonio Ayestaran has been a professional chef for over 30 years. He is an A.C.F. Apprentice graduate, a certified Chef de Cuisine, and a certified Pastry Chef. Antonio, along with six other chefs, represented California at the largest cooking competition in the world, the Culinary Olympics in Germany. Antonio received Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals for his efforts. Antonio prides his business on working closely with his customers, creating custom experiences for each event. He works closely with many of the largest organizations, cooking for fundraisers, donating meals and time, giving back to the community whenever possible.

I’m Amy. My passion for baking started when I was in high school. In my senior year, I went to a technical high school that focused on culinary arts, baking, and hospitality.
