Also on the site is a working farm with a small number of friendly goats, chickens, and pigs. Access to acres of private forest land with route to Rappahannock River. We are a DIY venue with limited capacity, so it's best for small and intimate ceremonies. We are open to all faiths. LGBTQ+/420 friendly.

Our Ballroom holds up to 80 people or 120 people under the tented Garden Terrace.
