I have been in love with all things entertaining since I planned my first birthday party at the age of 5! After spending over 15 year perfecting my craft in various areas of the special events industry, I decided to pursue a lifelong passion and attend culinary school. In March of 2019 I graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York focusing on health supportive cuisine. Each celebration has a signature touch, a personal flair, it is a reflection of who you are interpreted by my hands. It is simply me, Amelia Irene Design.

As a custom caterer we create seasonal menus appropriate to our client's taste preferences, budget demands and theme considerations. Our "sample menus" are only an initial indication of our repertoire. As a full-service caterer, we can plan and coordinate all aspects of your affair. Our event proposal will encompass all other aspects beyond food and beverage, including all rentals, decorations, site selection and layout, lighting, tenting, valet parking and more.

Em’s Catering is a love project. I started it as a small private chef side gig to help make ends meet and it quickly grew to a full business. My team and I have been part of over 200 weddings and being there to watch the most special day in a couples life is joyful. We pour that joy and love into the food. Two Brothers Catering is a family-owned business with 30 years of combined experience in the catering industry from owners, Brad and Kelley McLawhorn.
