We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

In 2016, Cedar Grove’s owners, Kevin and Julie Claus, were sitting on the porch of Stillwater Lodge with some friends, gazing upon their 65-acre property. With 6 cabins and 2 lodges running smoothly, it was time to start planning for their next adventure. They talked about their 3 children growing up on the property, and reminisced on how so many milestones were celebrated. With all their kids growing up, they talked about them finding love and how wonderful it would be to see them married on the property where they shared so many memories. That was the day the dream began! Kevin quickly grabbed a napkin and feverishly started scribbling sketches of a large lodge that could hold all of their friends and family, celebrating the futures of their children. In true Claus fashion, they did not let this vision pass them by, and got to working on the lodge right away.

Alton Farmstead is a naturally-beautiful, relaxed, convenient and affordable place to host your big day! On the west/southwest edge of Columbus, it is currently a working flower farm. The farm was originally a dairy farm, and has multiple historic barns that have been updated to accommodate events. Forget Me Knot is a unique wedding and event venue located in the scenic Hocking Hills State Park in Ohio. We are also near Zaleski State Forest and Lake Hope State Park area. The venue can host all types of events and can accommodate seating for up to 150 people. The rustic nature of the building allows easy decoration for many different kinds of events. A large space beyond the hall can be used for outdoor weddings and events.

Heritage Golf Club offers a great place to hold a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner or bridal shower. We welcome guests who are planning a wedding, family reunion, graduation, corporate outing, or any other type of celebration. We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. A large pavilion is also available to serve as an area to serve food and beverage. A pergola with a large concrete area is available for the wedding ceremony. We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor event center with a January, 2023 estimated completion date. It will include a catering area, bar, bridal suite, additional restrooms and a large patio area next to the pond.

Our space features over 100 year old trees, a beautiful pond, cows, and a grouping of apple trees. This bridal suite was designed by the owner's father, who is the 'artist' behind our name, and all of the paintings within the bridal suite were made by him. We work with an amazing tent company that can provide a covered reception, which is recommended.
