“I don’t know if I can adequately express how absolutely in love I am with the wedding photos McKenna (and her associate, Kymber) did for my (now) husband and I. I will forever sing her praises because of how immensely professional, kind, sweet, and talented she is. My spouse and I decided that we wanted to elope in Glacier National Park, and had a fairly short engagement leading up to the day. Though we had been to Glacier a few times before, we weren’t entirely familiar with which locations would be best for photos and ceremony sites. McKenna was so great and patient walking us through possible locations and recommendations on the phone months before our wedding. She’s so knowledgeable about the area, we always felt like we were in good hands with her. McKenna also stayed in contact throughout our engagement and was great at touching base to ensure we were all on the same page. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had the perfect day logistically as well as aesthetically. The day of our wedding was filled with intermittent rain, which McKenna took in absolute stride. She was so positive and bubbly, and we barely noticed the rain and cold. She was also great at giving instructions for poses, but also incredible at capturing candid moments (my favorite). I am a wedding and elopement photographer based out of Northern Colorado and Western Washington. In my free time I hike, eat lots of food and play with cat & dog. I find photography to be an amazing creative outlet and love using it as a way to connect with some amazing people.

“What a dream Emilee was to work with, from start to finish. OUR CEREMONY PARTY: we decided on a private, courthouse elopement on a Wednesday, a 60 person reception party on a Friday. In both, our biggest priority was having a photographer capture the intimate, joyful small details. We went with Emilee because of her eye for the beauty in the small things. She captured both our days perfectly. DOCUMENTARY STYLE: Emilee was perfect behind the scenes, capturing beautiful moments of our friends and family, small details of the courthouse with just us. I look back at some of these photos and ask "how did she even get that?!" She has such an eye. POSED: We had about 20 minutes dedicated to posed, family photos during our reception. Emilee had our families relaxed and laughing, quickly swapping members in and out. In some newlywed photos, we sought her advice for how to pose. She gave quick direction, made us feel confident, and always found the perfect light. COMMUNICATION SPEED: Delivered on every promise, quick replies. Emilee was 15 minutes early to both locations, we never had to worry. PERSONALLY: We met with Emilee about 4 months before our big days. We had coffee, talked about our vision and our biggest priorities. She immediately felt like a friend, and knew she was firmly on our team. “my photography group was outstanding!! sherri and her group were open to my creativity and loved the poses I wanted to randomly throw in!! there are 2 girls and 2 guys so nothing was missed on my special day!! the positivity that came from them all was amazing talk about a hype team!! also I booked her very early so she dealt with me for a year and a half and was very attentive to all my changes wants and needs!! she also worked with me on payments. also my husband and I are both plus size people and they made sure all of our good angles were in the shot!! I was only able to upload 6 photos and that was just not enough to show how amazing these pictures are!! I can't wait to get my videos back!! oh yeah they also do those to!!!”
