As a caterer, this venue is a favorite of ours! It is easy to find and get to, beautiful, and the staff is always great to work with. Our team is also in Hillsboro, so it is close to our location which makes catering there great! The have tables and chairs onsite, as well as a prep kitchen, which is convenient for the client and vendors. The space is very adaptable as well -- I've seen weddings held here, memorials, cocktail parties and more. Including my own highschool prom! 110% recommend checking out this venue, if you are looking for a Hillsboro event space with beautiful architecture.

Navarra Gardens truly is a hidden gem. My husband and I booked this venue for our September wedding and it was everything we could have asked for. It was the first and ONLY venue my husband and I toured and we knew immediately that it was perfect for us. Karen was extremely helpful and we were impressed with the number of rentals available from her. The accommodations on site were also very helpful, as my bridesmaids and I were able to stay on the property the night before. The only negative experience I had was occasionally not having clear communication via email with Karen. At times, certain details would get mixed up or misinterpreted, which caused me some stress. However, I had read some reviews before booking the venue that also mentioned this, so I was not surprised. In the end, everything worked out perfectly and these miscommunications did not affect the wedding day. If you are looking for a beautiful venue, I would absolutely recommend Navarra Gardens!

The Lachini Family believes that the vineyard is the wine. Our family-owned Estate winery and vineyard is located on the backdrop of the Chehalem Mountains in the heart of the Oregon’s North Willamette Valley. The 45 acre Lachini Estate Vineyard is located approximately 30 miles southwest of Portland. The south-facing gently-sloped terrain sets in the outlying foothills of Newberg, and is a part of the Chehalem Mountains A.V.A. Ron and Marianne purchased the property in 1998 and planted the first five acres with Pinot Noir (Pommard clone) in June of 1999 after clearing and natural site preparation. In the following seven growing seasons, we planted additional blocks that now entail just over 30.5 acres of planted Pinot Noir plus an additional one and a half acres of Chardonnay.

Archer Vineyard has three event spaces to choose from: Our vineyard tasting room and winery in Newberg, tasting room in Dundee, and clubhouse at Dundee Hills Resort. The Vineyard Tasting Room and Winery in Newberg is located beside our 6.5 acre vineyard and boasts beautiful vineyard, valley and mountain views. You may use the tasting room, patio and deck for events up to 75 guests or add the winery to your rental and host up to 150 guests. Our Dundee Tasting Room was opened in 2023 and features an open, modern space for ceremonies and receptions as well as a lower level bar for more intimate gatherings. There are three patios too where you can enjoy vineyard views. The Clubhouse at Dundee Hills Resort offers vineyard views from its banquet hall and patios. Accommodations are also available as we have private cottages, Airstreams and RV spaces available for rent.

Sara and the staff at Archer went above and beyond to ensure we had a beautiful wedding and reception. They did it all on short notice too! I can’t recommend this venue enough! We attended our niece’s wedding at Vineyard View Celebrations at La Bastide in early September. The outdoor venue was spectacular, beginning with a stroll from the parking area through a lovely woodland, and opening onto an expansive lawn, with seating for the ceremony’s guests. A dance floor awaited, along with beautifully appointed tables for dining. Stone walls, towering trees, koi ponds, and panoramic views enhance the feeling of a country estate. The expansive venue was made very personal with displays of family photos and memorabilia, and stunning flower arrangements in the bride’s chosen colors. It was a magical wedding celebration, including a fabulous sunset, and dancing into the night. Surely the wedding of their dreams.

Nestled in the trees on Parrett Mountain, our wine tasting room is a cozy, inviting lodge-style experience. Drink wine by the fire or sit outside for a fantastic view of Mt. St. Helens between the trees. Construction of the building incorporated Cedar, Fir, and Maple harvested from our property. This wood was used for the siding, along with the 3 bars: Cedar, Fir and Maple live edge slabs. At the center of the building stands the top of the Cedar tree, standing 28 feet tall. Specializing in Big Bold Reds, we also have some award-winning Pinot Noir and white wines as well as local beer on tap. Our tasting room is a versatile space for hosting many events: private tastings, meetings, birthdays, small casual weddings, and more. Events must be catered. We have preferred caterers but will consider outside caterers as requested. We can seat 64-70 people inside and on the patio, but allow a maximum of 85 guests per event. We have 45 parking spots and 2 Tesla Charging stations.

Accommodations for your guests can be easily obtained just minutes away as we are located just off of I-5.

We had our wedding at The Barn and it was absolutely wonderful. The Barn is a stunning and versatile venue. We loved the location because it’s right off of I5 which is convenient for those traveling from out of town, but it’s tucked away on it’s own property so there is no disturbances from traffic. Our wedding was in April so we really needed a venue that could accommodate an indoor ceremony in case the weather did not turn out nice. We ended up having our 240 person ceremony and reception inside The Barn and it still felt spacious. Our photos were taken in the outdoor ceremony space which has some really incredible views of the mountains. Kayla, the venue manager, was extremely pleasant to work with. She answered all questions we had and was helpful in letting us arrange multiple visits to the venue for planning purposes. Dustin, the owner, is very friendly and easy to talk to. Both of them make a great team. We highly recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding or any large event.

It was BEAUTIFUL. Nestled right next to the cutest plant shop, we were in tropical plant heaven. It was so nice to have so many amenities in one place.
