Hiltons at Toledo Downtown is a stylish hotel wedding venue located in downtown Toledo, OH. This modern hotel offers easy access to exciting attractions such as Promenade Park and Imagination Station as well as numerous bars and restaurants! Weddings of up to 300 people can be accommodated with over 5,000 square feet of event space. The Grand Pavillion Ballroom, the largest event space in the hotel, features elegant lighting & neutral walls, making it the perfect blank canvas for your wedding décor! Several smaller ballrooms and function suites are available and can facilitate groups of between 50 and 100 guests, allowing you flexibility for your small wedding or rehearsal dinner. Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those. Prior to being a banquet hall it actually used to be a roller skating rink which you can visualize with the large flooring. We also have a historic century barn that is renovated and holds up to 200 guests with additional patio seating. We are located about 10 miles west of Toledo Ohio. Our specialty is our rehearsal/ wedding ceremony value package. Stay in the 5 bedroom farmhouse cottage on the property and have the rehearsal and dinner on the property or in the workshop party room and then have the ceremony the next day. The original stone structure was built by the Catwaba Island Wine Company in 1872, as a wine cooperative for local vineyard owners.
