The quarry, as their family affectionately calls it, is the property's crown jewel. You can choose from three stunning sites for your ceremony, The Glade, The Orchard, or Under The Oak. Then, you can join over 300 guests for a reception. This setup will allow you to soak up the landscape while celebrating with your loved ones. The base package includes tables, chairs, a tent as well as setup and teardown. Use of the grounds for your rehearsal and engagement photos are subject to availability. Outside vendors are welcome for catering and any additional services you may need.

Stay in the 5 bedroom farmhouse cottage on the property and have the rehearsal and dinner on the property or in the workshop party room and then have the ceremony the next day. The Sandusky Yacht Club in Sandusky, Ohio, is every couple's dream for a waterfront wedding. The Sandusky Yacht Club can accommodate 200 guest for your big day. This private club sits right on the Sandusky Bay, has breathtaking sunsets, provides a clear view of Cedar Point- and is only a short walk to downtown. Offering both outdoor ceremony space and indoor reception spaces, there are plenty of ways to make your wedding unique. The Sandusky Yacht Club can also offer dock space for your wedding party or guests should they choose to arrive by water. All meal and bar services are provided at the Sandusky Yacht Club. Established in 1894, this private club has a rich history and unique character to add to your special day.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
