“When The Century advertisement popped up on my Facebook in December 2023, I knew I had to go and see it for my own eyes. A week later, I booked an appointment and first met with Crystal Brouwer. She gave me the tour, and I absolutely fell in love with the venue. Crystal was so patient, honest and understanding. I knew I had to book this venue, and lo and behold; May 25, 2024 was booked for me (and my fiance) of course.
Then I met Tatiana Lopez. My coordinator, savior and all around superwoman. She coordinated our tasting, our floral appointments with decorations… I must have emailed her over 500 times. And she was so patient, understanding and she also alleviated any anxiety. All the small details, the big details, the details I didn’t even think of… she got it done! Chef Robert Root was in charge of our Buffett dinner. Our first tasting did not go as well, so we were able to do another one. Needless to say; the dinner was a success. (Guests would not stop complimenting the food.)
The day of my wedding; Tatiana was there every step of the way. I would have forgotten to eat and drink if it weren’t for her! I blinked and I swear everything was going by so fast, and Tatiana was here to cue us and kept the timeline on track. Before I knew it, everything was packed and ready to go for us. It was all so flawless.
And that is because of Tatiana!
