Our climate-controlled indoor space is charming yet spacious and is complemented by our breathtaking outdoor areas. Creekside Farm invites you to create the event of your dreams right in-between Asheville and Charlotte! Everywhere you look there are indoor and outdoor amenities to create an amazing event with very little effort. Featuring two dressing rooms - bridal suite and groom’s room, two bathrooms with multiple stalls each, coat closet, prep kitchen with rear access, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, indoor and outdoor bars, outdoor deck, and 3 ceremony sites. Tables, chairs, buckets, barrels, rolling coolers, and more are included in all rentals. Every last detail has been planned, thought out, and created with the client in mind.

​The barn has been built from the ground up by Craig Carpenter, his brother Timmy Carpenter and other family and friends. Many of the trees use to build the barn were harvested from their property and were prepared at their saw mill on site. The idea for a wedding venue began was a dream of their daughter, now Zimmerwald's Estate manager Katie Carpenter White. What began as a simple dream and a sketch on a piece of notebook paper, has now become a reality. We are extremely excited to be a place where beautiful family memories can be made and couples can begin their happily ever after!

Housed in the beautifully restored 1907 historic Cleveland County Courthouse, the Earl Scruggs Center offers a variety of services and spaces for all types of special events. The Great Hall at the Earl Scruggs Center can be rented for a variety of uses including meetings, workshops, retreats, holiday parties, class reunions, weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners, anniversary celebrations or whatever else you want to celebrate! The Funkatorium's Barrelhouse is an expansive area featuring stone flooring, high ceilings, bright lights, floral installations and stacks of wooden barrels. Cultura's dining room offers seating for 65, along with décor features of natural elements, including a large selection of greenery and living plants, edible mushrooms, herbs, and wooden foeder barrel booths paired with vintage touches in glassware and silverware.

This is an incredibly unique space built along the Middle Tyger River at the foot of Glassy Mountain. It features an Open air octagon shaped pavilion, a covered bridge that spans the river, optional lodging for a couple or family, and 35 acres of natural beauty and photo ops to explore.

The Emerald Woods is a beautiful historic venue in Western North Carolina hosting weddings, small personal retreats and private gatherings. Imagine getting married surrounded by forest on all sides, deer hidden in the woods and with the backdrop of a historic house that is hidden from view from the rest of the world. Your host, Lilly Bakken, purchased the property in August of 2020 and since then has renovated every room within the house and is now continuing to add to the landscaping with an abundance of flowering trees, hydrangea, dahlias and other perennials. Many outside seating areas have been added to the property, quiet little nooks for conversation and for guests to connect with each other.
