Our historic venue was originally a church built in 1904 and renovated in 2011. We are known for having beautiful exposed brick, large arched windows providing lots of natural lighting, and unique spaces all over the property for special, picture-perfect moments.

Hutton & Smith is a modern and professionally designed event space which you can enjoy for your wedding. The entranceway is lined with brick, advertising an industrial aesthetic. Great outdoor space in a magical wooded glen of trees and lights - adjacent is a 40X60 covered wedding pavilion with a fire pit - all set in a secluded, wooded area with large open fields, as well. Couples may have their ceremony in a wide open field surrounded with trees - totally private - or in the Glen, a magical forest of trees with a stone path.

Vintage, industrial, and green spaces at the Old Woolen Mill create endless possibilities for parties, concerts, business meetings, weddings and more. Once the heart of this Victorian era clothing factory, the Weaver’s Room and it's 3 adjoining suites are the keystone of an ongoing renovation project at the Old Woolen Mill that pushes forward into the twenty-first century. Over the past fifteen years, the Room has hosted a wide array of events from formal dinners to proms to countless weddings and receptions, as well as parties, showers, and reoccurring group meetings. From the stained glass windows to the working bell, we've brought this historic gem back to her former glory. The property where the church is located was purchased in May of 1886 as the First Ave Methodist - Episcopal Church. The bell tower was donated and built in 1888, with a bell brought from a foundry in Boston.
