The award-winning garden, created by Kenneth Weikal Landscape Architecture, was donated to The Greening of Detroit by Compuware in 2014 and is a place of beauty. A certified pollinator garden, focused on growing plants for butterflies, native and honey bees and birds, your ceremony could take place amongst the fluttering of butterflies, chirping of birds and happy hum of bees.

Lifepoint Chapel was built shortly after the end of the Civil War in 1869, and its earliest features have endured: 19th-century windows, white pine flooring, ornamental ceilings, and even the original church bell! This chapel seats 120 guests, along with beautiful amenities for your wedding party. We believe it’s not just about the wedding, but about the legacy your marriage will create. Lake Lucy Event Venue offers 140 acres of land with an 80 acre private lake encompassed on the property. There are many well maintained walking trails, plenty of open space and beautiful scenery. There is an option to bring the bridal party on a hay wagon, which makes for some pretty cool pictures. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. We are located within 5 miles of Wixom, which offers many hotel options. There is currently no structures in the wedding venue area, but have started construction on a pavilion for the 2024 season. All outdoor weddings include an indoor backup space in case of inclement weather.

The farm itself is 50 acres; home to the 14,000+ plants, farm store, greenhouse, garden, chicken coop, wetlands and more. We offer inclusive wedding packages providing tent, chairs, tables, dance floor, bouquets and more! You will have private access to the farm for your ceremony and celebration as well as assistance from our staff.

Featuring a covered bridge, bonfire area, and your choice of 4 ceremony sites: the dock on the river with willow trees, the garden courtyard with a picket fence, the woodlands, and the prairie field. Stay the weekend in our well-appointed, 3-bedroom federal-style home. Pets can stay too! Conveniently located and close to hotels in Fenton, MI. Being on private property will allow you to choose any caterer or vendor you wish to use. This allows you the freedom to decorate creatively and chose your own menu. Bring in food carts! Craft Beer Vendors! Ice Cream trucks! If you don't want to DIY, don't worry — our preferred vendors are happy to put a package together for you and take care of your every need.
