Summit Catering officially opened in 1991. The owner built this small family business from the ground up. In 1998, they welcomed their first child with three more to follow. I also dominate other classic cuisines such as Japanese, Asian fusion, Italian, French, Creole. We also do hibachi. Working in the culinary industry now for 18 years, I've developed a passion for cooking.
