Reinstein Ranch

Livermore, CA
  • Up to 150 guests

  • Indoor & outdoor

Historic ranch on 80 pristine acres with gorgeous ranch house, 1850s barn, large Palapa dance floor, rustic Hetch Hetchy cabin, bunk house and yurts. Rolling hills make a stunning background for weddings and plenty of indoor/outdoor space for ceremonies and receptions. Full range of furniture, heaters and services. Fabulous wedding planning services included.

I am so excited to see how Reinstein Ranch transforms with TLC’s management. The team at TLC are fantastic- so warm, thoughtful, and well coordinated. The Ranch itself is rustic, expansive, and such a convenient little oasis. I booked the Ranch as TLC was starting to get involved- and saw so many improvements just over the course of my engagement. My wedding was magical and better than I could have imagined- and I have TLC and the ranch to thank!

Welcome to the Lighthouse - a serene waterfront oasis and event property for weddings, special celebrations, corporate events, and more. Nestled in Glen Cove among rolling hills and a majestic waterfront—this historic building, originally built in 1910 and moved from another location, is rich in local history and has been renovated to include a combination of modern-day conveniences and historic charm. Your Celebration Awaits at The Lighthouse at Glen Cove Marina. A one-of-a-kind destination for once-in-a-lifetime affairs. Please note: The Lighthouse is not an all-inclusive venue. As such, clients must hire licensed and insured vendors, including food and beverage, for their Lighthouse event. Please refer to the Preferred Partners page on our website for a list of pre-approved vendors to choose from. The Lighthouse proudly serves and celebrates all races, ethnicities, orientations, identities, and religions.

Both my wife and I are from bay areas so it was important to get married by the water. I can’t stress enough how beautiful this venue is. It’s pretty much all inclusive, you can bring your own booze, vendors and decorations. It includes a stay in their fabulous inn which is 4 bedrooms. Our whole bridal party stayed and it was the best experience. We decided to book the night before too. You can even take pictures on the Marina docks right next to the property (for a small fee). The place itself is so dreamy, we used one lawn for our ceremony and one for lawn games and our cocktail tables. Watching the sunset from the reception space and the sparkly lights on both lawns was just sooo gorgeous. Now for the team, they went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate our requests and answer all my hundred questions and they were so flexible with us when we had to postpone for Covid twice. We are incredibly grateful for the team. They shared all their tips and tricks and made our wedding perfect. The coordination between the wedding venue and our planner was flawless. And best part was the seamless delivery of our late night snack, hot pretzels! And the space perfect accommodated a photo booth which everyone loved. We finally got married in September 2023! I highly recommend as a wedding venue 10/10.

Within the Fort Scott campus along the Presidio's western shore, not far from the Golden Gate Bridge, this rustic cabin is ideal for wedding celebrations. Feel cozy indoors or step out to the generous lawn with panoramic views of the San Francisco skyline. Dating back to 1937, step into history and enjoy the rustic grandeur of this Army Clubhouse or enjoy the patio and lawn with views of the world-famous Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco city skyline. By choosing this unique, rustic wedding venue, couples can relax with a stress-free planning experience while also hosting a grand event that impresses their guests! As with all Wedgewood Weddings venues, our dedicated event planning team makes everything about the wedding planning experience a breeze.

We are so, so happy with our decision to hold our wedding reception at the Log Cabin at the Presidio. I would recommend the Log Cabin and Wedgewood Weddings to anyone looking for an all-in-one package, easy breezy planning, awesome event planners/coordinators, and a flawlessly executed day. The Log Cabin itself is beautiful, the food was amazing, the drinks were flowing, the flowers were beautiful, and the location in the Presidio is perfect. They have a fabulous team to help you plan and execute the wedding of your dreams! The team (Duckie, Jimmy, and Libby - huge shoutout!) all were awesome to work with through the planning process. Super communicative, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and supportive through the whole thing. They helped us plan the most perfect day and made it so easy on us. Jimmy was our day-of coordinator and deserves extra praise for pivoting gracefully and adjusting the evening’s timeline flawlessly when our shuttles unfortunately were super late to arrive with our guests. The rest of the day-of team were all amazing, too. DJ Abel blew our socks off - we didn’t want typical wedding music, and he totally nailed the playlist and the vibe we were hoping for. I even had a touching moment with the security guard who pulled me aside and said he got emotional during the father/daughter dance, which was such a lovely thing for him to share. Wedgewood as an organization seems to have a very organized, structured approach to wedding planning, which I so appreciated. They were great partners and helped us have the most perfect day on one of the biggest days of our lives!

Hakone Estate and Gardens

5.0

Saratoga, CA
  • Up to 180 guests
  • Raw space
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $2,200

With a maximum capacity of 180 people, Hakone Estate and Gardens offers both indoor and uncovered outdoor settings. The overall feel of the 18 acres private venue is classy and outdoorsy. Wheelchair accessible venue offers nearby parking for its guests. Event planning services are also available by Hakone Estate and Gardens to help couples plan a day that they can remember for the rest of their lives. Although the venue does not provide catering or event rentals, We do have a list of trusted preferred vendors who have years of professional experience. The long list of preferred vendors & caterers that Hakone Estate and Gardens provides range from caterers and florists to entertainment and officiants. Each of our preferred vendors have worked with Hakone Estate and Gardens before and is familiar with the venue’s policies and regulations.

We had our wedding at Hakone in June 2023. We booked the venue early out (Sep 2021) and have had an extremely positive experience from planning up to our wedding day. The site: Beautiful space for what we needed (120 guests). Guests, including kids, loved experiencing the garden before and after the ceremony. There is a variety of areas/backdrops for photographer to take portraits. Amenities: Their "base" rental includes most essentials - tables, chairs, dance floor, and basic sound system. It is one of the few places we could find in the bay area that allows BYO alcohol which is typically more cost-efficient than an alcohol package from caterer. The only "con" is due to being in a residential area, dancing/loud music has to be wrapped up fairly early. Service: Although the venue does not technically come with a formal planner/coordinator, we felt taken care of by Tony and Melia every step of the way. After booking, they willingly allowed us to come back for 2-3 additional tours and answered our emails promptly. They even coordinated rehearsal and allowed us to drop off decor items/alcohol on the rehearsal day. We did not hire a planner/day-of coordinator (just had family friends help out) and yet we felt completely taken care of. On our wedding day, Melia ensured our ceremony started on time and directing the procession. She even stayed until the end of reception. Most of our vendors had worked at Hakone before which made the day even more seamless. After the wedding, we promptly received our deposit.

If you are looking for a Camp wedding this place is true Magic. You have to be willing to plan, take initiative and DIY leading up the day of but it will be worth it. Our wedding was a bit out of the box with a Variety show as our rehearsal dinner. We used Camp Campbells beautiful stage and campfire area as the venue for the show. The camp staff made the fire for us and supplied s'more making materials, they even helped set up AV equipment we used for the show. On Saturday we had an earlier ceremony at 1pm so we as the couple could participate in the fun. We did everything from Axe throwing, archery and even some arts and crafts all organized by the Camp Campbell staff. The staff was so helpful throughout Saturday making the day stress free and perfect. On Sunday we had a soccer game on the back lawn followed by brunch in the lodge. It was a weekend to remember for us and our Guests. All of our guests who stayed in the cabins commented on how much they enjoyed the overall experience from the cabins, the food to the atmosphere.
