Welcome! My name is Paige and I am the owner and creator of Get on Board located in Sussex County. Growing up in a family that LOVES anything food and with a grandmother who has been a chef her whole life, you can say I got my love for all things food from her.

Our philosophy is simple- make real, wholesome and delicious deserts. We use only clean, plant based ingredients filled with vitamins, minerals, protein, fiber and good fats. It means no more artificial preservatives, colors and flavors, no gluten , dairy and refined sugar. Eating clean is not about trends or labels - it’s about connecting with Mother Nature and nourishing the body. We believe that our diet effects not only body, but our mind and wellbeing overall.

Summit Catering officially opened in 1991. The owner built this small family business from the ground up. In 1998, they welcomed their first child with three more to follow. I also dominate other classic cuisines such as Japanese, Asian fusion, Italian, French, Creole. We also do hibachi. Working in the culinary industry now for 18 years, I've developed a passion for cooking. (it's a culture) I have developed trust and transparency through cooking by better understanding of inclusion. understanding my food culture, and also other food cultures. loving and respecting all equally.
