Working with Amy and Elegant Floral Creations was a dream. From our first call, we could tell that Amy understood us, cared about our vision for our big day, and had so many good ideas and plans for how to execute them, even with our highly unconventional venue. With so many things to manage and figure out and decide on in our wedding process, Amy was the first and best decision we made. Working with Amy set the standard for how we wanted to feel about all of our vendors, and at the lowest points where we felt completely overwhelmed with planning, Amy made us feel like everything was going to be perfect and beautiful. Even though I felt completely confident in her ability to pull it off, I was still floored by how gorgeous everything looked in the end, and we got so many compliments about the flowers and the installations she made. Amy and EFC were worth every penny and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Omg where do I even begin??! Nicole is a master of her craft. I reached out in December 2022 for my May 5, 2024 wedding and I knew after our first phone call that she was the one I wanted designing my flowers and centerpieces. We instantly clicked and she knew exactly what I was envisioning and how to get us there. All throughout the process she kept me involved and was constantly making sure it’s what I wanted. Even though I knew what colors she was going with I was still left absolutely speechless when my bouquets were delivered to my hotel room the morning of. And when I walked into the venue and saw the centerpieces I was in awe. Like she blew it out of the water. Nicole is one of the most kind hearted, beautiful people I’ve met throughout my whole wedding planning process and even in my life and I’m beyond grateful for her. Thank you Nicole for making our wedding so special and memorable!!

Hello! My name is Albelisa and I am the Owner and Creative Director at Maple Field Floral! This is a business I officially launched in 2017 and it has been an absolute joy to work with flowers in celebrating so many happy occasions! After being hired to make bouquets and centerpieces for a friend's wedding in 2016, floral arranging became a passion for me! I am currently enrolled in the Certificate in Floral Design program at the New York Botanical Garden. I LOVE exploring the Hudson Valley, spending time with my family, playing sports and staying active, reading, board games, DIY crafts, sketching, old buildings and mojitos!

Awarded Best of Zola
Maple Field Floral came through in the worst of times! In the middle of the pandemic lockdown, they made floral arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres and a beautiful floral arch for our family to celebrate our parents' 50th anniversary with their grandkids. They based the design of off my parents' original wedding flowers. We were able to make memories because of them. I will forever be grateful!

We hired Michelle to design our wedding flowers this past Fall. She did an amazing job! From her first email to the second I saw my bouquet, she was kind, full of creative ideas, and right on our budget. She designed the most beautiful flowers for us that I've ever seen! Everything was perfect. I still get teary eyed thinking about my bouquet and the amazing chuppah. My favorite thing about her is that her studio only books one wedding a weekend. Some florists I was talking to said they do up to 5 in one day! That's crazy. I felt secure knowing that my wedding was the only one that her and her amazing staff were working on. Her attention to detail definitely showed! Hire her, you won't be disappointed.

I used Heather for our chuppah rental for my wedding at Windham Manor. I saw her brown bark chuppah on Instagram and immediately knew I had to have it. Heather was amazing to work with and the result was absolutely stunning! I am so in love with how it turned out. She even helped me customize the wooden platform from another one of her rentals to work with our chuppah and give me the exact vision I wanted. She was also super flexible. I was slow to decide which location at the venue I wanted the ceremony at and she did not rush me at all. I ended up wanting the ceremony on the grass and the venue said the chuppah would have to be taken down the same night if we were to be allowed to do this. Of course Heather said this would be no problem at all and was immediately willing to stay and do this for us. They day of our wedding ended up being a bit crazy with on and off rain but Heather was totally calm and go with the flow while the planner worked on making the rain decision. She also attached a family tallis to the top of the chuppah and it stayed perfectly, despite the not ideal weather conditions. Highly recommend working with Heather!!!

Sara from Muse Art Co. is a dream for anyone planning any event. Her creative vision is truly incredible, and she did absolutely everything to bring our wedding alive. I was in absolute awe (and tears) when I saw my bouquet on our wedding day, and even more so when I saw our ceremony and reception spaces. I loved that she also repurposed our gorgeous ceremony flowers so they could be enjoyed throughout the night! First of all - the end product was just beautiful. Everything from the bridal bouquet to the ceremony flowers to the table styling was exquisite and super unique. Shannon did a great job incorporating my favorite color (yellow) and a whimsical, organic wildness into the design exactly as I had hoped. From our first meeting to the written proposal, Shannon interpreted my thoughts and ideas exactly. I was so impressed that she took my ramblings and half ideas and pulled them together into what I was seeing in my head. Shannon’s GORGEOUS color palette informed the entire wedding design and gave me a jumping off point for invitations, bridesmaid dresses, other decor, etc. Unfortunately, the process of working with Shannon was a bit challenging. She struggled with nailing down details: incorrect number of tables, inconsistent accounting of candles/bud vases, etc. It took a number of incorrect proposal drafts until we got it right - just weeks before the wedding. We were honestly quite disappointed by Shannon’s flexibility and communication. She self-describes as being highly collaborative, but that was not our experience. First, as beer nerds, having hops in the design was super important to us, and while she flagged early on it could be an issue to source real ones, we discussed using fake. While we all agreed that she shouldn’t use fake hops if they looked bad, we were sad to see on the day of that they didn’t make it into the design. It would have been nice to have heard a heads up from her that she didn’t plan to use them - even if it was just a brief mention on the day-of. Second, when our cake plans fell through at the last minute, we asked Shannon if she could possibly supply a few flowers for our small 6” cutting cake. She told us she would try, but later we heard from the bakery that she had given them a flat no. She never communicated her decision to us. Thankfully, the bakery pulled something together for us (shout out to Zest Pastry!). Third, the Monday before the wedding, Shannon sent an alarming email with the subject line “Head Advisory, Oh No!”, asking us what our plan was. Getting any email titled “Oh No” isn’t fun to receive less than a week before your wedding. Further, as a trusted wedding vendor, we would hope that she would have plans for weather or unexpected events rather than looking to us during a very stressful period. Lastly, (and most disappointingly) despite having a run of day schedule, Shannon was nowhere to be found when it was time to put on boutonnieres and corsages. Our photographers and party thankfully jumped in to help to avoid major delays to portraits (shout out to Katie Slater!). Fundamentally, the product Shannon provided was beyond compare - everything was beautiful. That said, the communication, coordination, and organization were lacking from our experience.

We hired Paula and Samantha pretty down to the wire of our wedding, but they immediately jumped in! We contacted them on Friday, and they had our proposal ready by Monday! Our flowers fit our vibe perfectly: I wanted something to pull from the venue's brick, but not look too "autumny" for our January wedding, and they nailed it! They look and feel like "regular" flowers, but they'll last forever and have so far held up perfectly! We're gifting a number of our pieces to our mothers and grandmothers as keepsakes from our amazing day, while saving the rest to display around our house! We're so happy to have such beautiful mementoes to remember it by!

The impeccable creativity Andrew brought to our more traditional accents -- the bridal bouquet and boutonniere, reception harlow stands -- were equally as elevated and aesthetically eye-dropping the energetic accents and more customized requests -- our flower-adorned chuppah, the ceremony wagon for the flower girl, and the floral chandelier. Andrew's energy is infectious and his preparation and seamless operation always gave us one less thing to worry about during the planning process. He uses an online system to track all exchanges and works with you to find inspirational images to ensure what you imagined is what will transpire on the day of. He also went out of his way to understand how his floral arrangement choices would adapt to any new details as planning unfolded, like ensuring the bridal bouquet perfectly replicated the vibrancy of peak fall foliage. I cannot stress enough that Andrew is the way to go!! He will ensure your special day has the visual energy for bringing to life all the love, connectedness, intimacy, excitement, and emotion of your wedding day!

Lorrie was nothing short of phenomenal from our first interaction. She very easily captured the modern vibe I was looking for and created stunning arrangements for our wedding. I’m obsessed with my bouquet and many guests complimented how beautiful the flowers were. She worked within our budget to create very unique decoration and kindly provided vases so we could repurpose the ceremony flowers towards the reception decor. Her pricing and communication were very clear which we also appreciated. I highly recommend Style & Vine to anyone looking for an excellent florist. You can’t go wrong with Lorrie!
