The Beauman House is a family-owned wedding venue offering full access to our two story, 1350 sf modern farmhouse which features furnished seating areas on both floors, a full bath room, full sized fridge, wooden farm style dining table and 10 folding chairs. You will also have access to two covered outdoor patio areas and a 1/4 acre lawn enclosed by a cedar privacy fence. We offer ample on-site parking for up to 40 vehicles, hidden from view of your event. Please note that for events with more than 50 guests, clients are required to rent a mobile restroom through an insured vendor. *inquire about cash pricing

As a Smithsonian Affiliate with award-winning architecture and landscape design, the museum provides an exceptionally unique environment that showcases the beauty and history of the American West. Rent it for your private and corporate events, weddings and celebrations, business meetings, presentations, performances, holiday parties and more. Groups who choose to reserve the museum’s facilities for private use are also granted access to the building’s galleries for the duration of the event. Upon request, museum staff can arrange for docents and/or gallery guides to be available at the time of an event for no extra fee.

Heritage Square, tucked beneath the Phoenix skyline and suspended in time, is an impressive setting for any occasion. It boasts historical architecture and a lush green landscape, as well as a variety of unique spaces for personal, group, community, nonprofit, and corporate gatherings of all kinds. Larger events and festivals will fit perfectly within the Lath Pavilion and surrounding lawns, while smaller events and festivals will work just as well on the porch of the Rosson House. The adjacent historical architecture, rose garden, and lush grounds serve as the perfect backdrop for any event of any size or scope. We do not require renters to use preferred vendors for the sake of convenience, making this an excellent venue for creating an event that is uniquely yours.

Alwun House is a nonprofit arts organization set in an historic 1912 house in downtown Phoenix. The historic house is wrapped with patio gardens. This is an outdoor venue. Rental would include use of our tables and chairs, food tent and separate bar service area, stage, dressing room and both garden patios. There are multiple areas to stage the ceremony, even the front yard lawn has been used for the ceremony. You would have access the entire day (9am to midnight) allowing you time to start setup in morning, decorate per your desires then host the ceremony/reception in afternoon/evening. We do permit self catering. It's pack-it-in and pack-it-out in the one day. We do not provide services of setup nor packages for food or beverages.
