A lifelong dream of mine was always to own my own business, but it never seemed to be in the cards for me until I took a temporary position after college graduation. That position was as a floral designer, and you could say that's when I knew I had found my life's passion. From there I worked in a handful of floral shops before deciding to open my own studio. Iris & Ivy has become my labor of love. I am constantly learning new and better ways to design and honing my craft to bring each couple's vision to life. Something I hope to do for a very long time.

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. I discovered wood flowers when I was planning my wedding in 2020. From that point I fell in love and Tipsy Designs blossomed! Since then, we have done several weddings, even was hired by the football hall of fame in Canton Ohio in August 2023.
