Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. Venue Staff will set, chairs, tables, and table linens however you are responsible for setting all additional decor not purchased through venue and ensuring that the venue is left free of food and returned to its original condition upon the conclusion of your event.
