32 West Eighth is housed in one of the most architecturally distinguished buildings in Erie. Our 40X60 open pavilion can accommodate a large reception and celebration with space for dancing. There are unlimited open spaces for guests to roam and socialize without feeling crowded. The Yellow House is a historic farmhouse built in 1857 that sits on 120 acres of farmland. The house is a regional favorite when our field of sunflowers blooms in late August and early September. Guests can utilize the interior of the farmhouse as well as the expansive grounds.
