Bean City has been around for around for over 75 years! We have a beautiful 4 acre property with plenty of outdoor space to set up for events and parking. Inside we also have a Hall that seats around 175, two bars and a game room. We can do as little or as much as you would like. The rural country feel is the only way to go for your wedding!

The last five years have been dedicated to renovating the inside and outside of the barn to ensure you get a beautiful rustic venue along with modern state approved amenities. We were married in 2013 and now have three beautiful daughters and a little boy on the way. We love the outdoors, working on projects together, and spending time with our family and friends. It was originally built in 1903 and operated as a yacht club. The Waters' goal is to ensure the highest quality experience that results in unforgettable nuptial memories being made. To-be-weds are guaranteed complete privacy at The Waters as the site adheres to a strict one-event-per-day policy. Overall, the venue is big enough to welcome 300 guests, ideal for both intimate and extravagant gatherings.
