Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If event is cancelled between signing of contract and 6 months prior to event, full cost of package or rental price is incurred. If event is cancelled between 6 months prior to event and 30 days prior to event, full cost of package or rental price and 75% of estimated food and beverage costs are incurred. If event is cancelled 30 days prior to event, full package or rental price and 100% of estimated food and beverage cost are incurred.
