Hi there! I'm Kate, and at RainFlorist Designs, we are in love with texture and color... and making a truly custom floral experience, that truly reflects YOU! Fresh floral design for all styles and budgets. Local and sustainable floristry, offering services from drop off to complete setup and strike. Throughout North Texas, and out of state.

Kate literally created my dream fairytale wedding! I wish I could give her 10 stars. Kate was incredibly accommodating with all of my last minute changes (even my entire color scheme switch two months prior to the wedding) and communicated all questions seamlessly. Her team showed up prior to the designated time and transformed the blank canvas. I walked out of the bridal suite and was completely shocked. She has a true talent for her craft and I will be using her for all upcoming life events. Here are a few pictures! It’s was absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much, Kate!

Petal and Party Co

5.0

  • Starts at $550
  • Serves Collinsville, TX

We're passionate about all things flowers and events! Owners Autumn & Ashlinn have worked in the events industry for over 10 years with hundreds of weddings behind our belts. Fun fact, we also run a wedding venue in Keller, TX where we are in the in-house florist!

I purchased a DIY kit for my wedding in April and the flowers were beyond gorgeous! The whole process couldn’t have been easier. The kit came with flower recipes and a guide that told me exactly how many stems to use and when to make each item! I looked into Sam’s and Trader Joe’s but they just didn’t have the flower variety I was looking for and they definitely don’t offer these extra DIY resources. I was able to sub out some of the flowers and I couldn’t have been happier. Highly recommend!

Something Borrowed Blooms

4.8

  • Starts at $250
  • Serves Collinsville, TX
  • Offer

Thousands of brides across the United States and Canada have trusted Something Borrowed Blooms to provide the perfect flowers for their wedding day. We offer brides the expensive peonies, delicate ranunculus, out-of-season anemones, and the ever-impossible-to-find-magnolia — all at a fraction of the cost.

The process of using something borrowed blooms was so easy. I loved that the flowers could be reused and that I wasn't going to spend thousands of dollars on flowers that would just be thrown away! They included the return label in the box with the flowers they shipped out, which was great because we did not have a printer at our destination wedding. All of our flowers were fake because I was also worried about the heat wilting our flowers. I only rented bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and a dog collar- but I wish I had rented my centerpieces as well! Amazing experience with SBB all around!

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

4.9

  • Serves Collinsville, TX

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

I ordered the "peaches and cream" small package. We decided to skip on ceremony florals, and only have handhelds and bud vases at the reception. We did buy a few more flowers from the grocery to add more peach once the flowers arrived. We made and medium sized bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 3 corsages, and 7 bouts. (With lots of flowers left over). My bridesmaids and I did the arranging the morning before the wedding; it was fun, and a great start to the weekend. None of us had experience, but it all turned out great! If you or your bridal party are mildly crafty, I'd highly recommend it!

Jen is incredible and worth every penny! My husband and I weren't very sure about how we wanted our wedding florals to look. We also didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on flowers that would only last a day. We stumbled upon wood flowers and discovered Wood and Word Blooms! Working with Jen was wonderful and seamless. She helps you every step of the way to figure out what you would like. The DIY class was so much fun, and we were able to build all of our centerpieces, boutonnières, and bouquets. Jen also built my cascade bouquet and beautiful garland for us! Everything came out so beautifully and was perfect for our day. Thank you Jen!

As my fiancé and I started the wedding planning process, we joked that our loose theme would be “flowers and love.” We knew we wanted lots of beautiful, lush florals as the primary decor focus, and also knew we didn’t want to spend the many thousands of dollars to achieve that look with a standard florist. If you’re in the same boat, and have an appetite for some DIYing, I’d STRONGLY recommend working with Bloom Culture. After some Googling for DIY wedding florals, I came across Bloom Culture and spoke with Allison for a custom consultation. During the call, Allison helped me express the type of floral look we were going for, and built out a custom floral package that would achieve it. She also laid out the delivery and prep process, and we landed on a final package and timeline for delivery. We received a LARGE box of flowers the week before the wedding and were immediately pleased with the quantity and quality of flowers we had received. Allison’s guide mentioned that some crushed or damaged blooms would be completely normal, but everything was so well packaged we didn’t notice more than a few damaged stems. From there, the DIYing began. Between unpacking, trimming, de-thorning, trimming again, building bouquets, arrangements, boutonnieres, etc, etc, it was a LOT of work. However, we referenced Allison’s guides (written, video tutorials) religiously and they laid out everything perfectly. She strongly recommends having plenty of assistants -- pay attention to this advice! Find a few trusted friends or family members who have time and artistic ability and it will make all the difference in your stress levels. The flowers all lasted beautifully for the wedding and we received so many compliments on how they looked. Allison - thank you for everything!

We specialize is Whimsical and Romantic Floral Designs. Flowers have a magical way of bringing joy and beauty into our lives. They convey emotions, tell stories, and create lasting impressions. Each bespoke floral design is crafted with love and passion, ensuring your event is truly unforgettable.

Carol is so talented. When I saw her instagram I immediately loved her work and it was exactly what I was looking for. The name of her business says it all! The whimsical styled arrangements she creates are so beautiful. She is very helpful and quick to respond! Not long after I sent an inquiry form, she put together a design proposal with inspo pictures and color palette and it was SPOT on. I was geeking over how pretty and nicely put together the proposal was with all the types of flowers she would be using, the colors, and inspiration pictures that were similar to the vibe of our venue. We met at her shop and talked prices and she broke down everything for me and worked with my budget. Her and her team were amazing the day of the wedding. They came in the morning and brought everything in, set up all the tables and the ceremony site, after the ceremony they helped bring the arrangements inside to repurpose them , and came back to help with take down at the end of the night. She also left flowers at the table ready for my cake artist to decorate, and brought me the prettiest surprise bouquet to the bridal suite with a sweet note from my fiance. She also made the cutest flower collar for my dog to walk down the aisle with as the ring bearer! My wedding was a little over a month ago and I'm still so obsessed with everything. I will always recommend Whimsy Floral to anyone! Even if it's not for a big event, and just for a special occasion, all of her arrangements are beautiful. Thank you again, Carol and thank you to your amazing team

Sarcasm & Sunshine Designs Flower Preservation

5.0

  • Starts at $250
  • Serves Collinsville, TX

Sarcasm & Sunshine Designs is comprised of two friends, turned business partners. We worked together for several years planning events and weddings, so we have a shared love of sparkle, flowers, coffee, and making beautiful memories! We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our growth as friends, mothers and confidants, than to combine our creativity and passions to create one of a kind items to brighten the days and lives of others. Our business, our products, and our partnership is all about balance, Contessa is the Sarcasm, Danielle is the Sunshine. Some days, we switch roles, but we think life is better with both!

Having my wedding flowers preserved was extremely important to me. To be able to keep something perfectly preserved that was so beautiful on my special day is unreal. Danielle is the kindest and easiest person to work with. She gets back to you within seconds and listens to any and every crazy request I had. Along with a tray, wine stopper, ornament, and book mark, Danielle was able to take part of my Mother’s wedding dress (that was wrapped around my bouquet) and preserve it in a jewelry box with my flowers. Let me tell you, the reaction my mom had on her face when I gave her that jewelry box was indescribable. If you are ever second guessing preserving your wedding flowers, this is your sign to do it. You won’t regret it! Sarcasm and Sunshine’s work is impeccable and I hope that others are able to have their flowers preserved with such care and precision as I was able to have mine.

Maddie at Golladay Floral was amazing! I showed her a few pictures of things I liked and shared the colors of our wedding and she did the rest! I didn’t give her lots of specifics because I wasn’t exactly sure and she gave me more than I had ever dreamed of. When I walked into the room and saw the flowers for the first time I immediately called her! They were amazing! Thank you for making my day extra special and for thinking of all of the floral details.
