“Working with Kevin and Vital Light Films was a dream from the beginning all the way to the end! From our initial introductory call, Kevin was thorough in gathering every detail we wanted him to capture from our entire wedding day. As the bride, I had a special surprise hula planned for my husband, and Kevin worked with me to be able to ensure the dance would be kept a secret and that he would be able to capture the entire ambiance of the dance. On the morning of the wedding, Kevin's presence was the calm in the chaos of my pre-ceremony-get-ready experience with ALL the women in the wedding. He gracefully guided our make-up artists, hairstylists, and bridal party in kind efficiency to be able to capture the joy in the pre-wedding excitement. He was a servant in every way and went above and beyond in every way possible- even transporting some of us from the hotel to the venue, when our rides fell short! Throughout our wedding, the Vital Light Films team worked endlessly to capture so many sweet moments with guests and unique details of our venue space, all the while reminding my husband and I to soak in every moment! “Our daughter was married August 13, 2023 at Churon Winery. We started off renting a venue and were going to do "a do it yourself wedding". We quickly realized we are not professional wedding planners and it was going to be stressful for all of us. Weddings are suppose to be fun and enjoyably memorable. We live in Temecula and know the wineries, services, and grounds. We've always been impressed with Churon Winery especially the wine servers Valerie and Dani who always gave us a good wine tasting experience. We reached out to the wedding planner Meilee and were not disappointed with her or the entire staff at Churon. They were all excellent including Enrique the Chef, Christopher the server and bartender, Rosa from housekeeping and Rob, Lisa and Julie at the front hotel check in counter. They went over and above to accommodate our wishes, constant questions and changes throughout the whole months of planning. The food and service was excellent. Meilee, the Wedding/Events Coordinator, based on her experience made excellent suggestions that we would have never thought of. She gave us her personal phone number and told us to call anytime we had a question or concern throughout the months of planning. We did and she always answered or got back with us ASAP. She even insisted that she would come in and meet with us or her days off. We never took her up on that offer but knew she would have come in on her days off. The wedding went of flawlessly and the bride, groom and parents had a wonderful wedding day due mainly to Churon's organization and staff's work ethic. Many of our guests mentioned what a great venue and beautiful wedding. Another positive is Churon has a hotel on the grounds and the rooms are large and beautiful. Many of our guests stayed there before and after the wedding and loved the experience. Thank you to Churon for creating a perfect day.”

“So happy with WW. They answered all questions I had throughout the process and were easily accessible. The Retreat was such a beautiful venue and they did such a great job. A lot of our guests said “it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to”. Super on top of it! I’m a little neurotic with planning in general and they followed instructions perfectly and even went above and beyond. Only issue - don’t get Tom as your DJ, or else you’ll be disappointed because he doesn’t do remixes or follows instructions diligently. He was good at making announcements, but as far as music goes, I would have been better off playing music off of my phone. They have a DJ that you’re required to use as part of the package because it’s in a residential neighborhood, but they do have other DJ’s aside from Tom. Otherwise everything else that WW did was fantastic.”

“I was just recently married in June of 2024 and I. Chose California Ranch Company as my wedding venue. I had visited many different wedding venues from packages, to total DIY, to garden scenery versus barn scenery, etc. It was a long process, but my husband and I decided to go with CRC during our first tour of the grounds. There a beautiful variety of nature, scenic outlooks, and character on this property and it’s paired with a comfortable farm style environment. The three most important factors for my wedding was allowing enough room for my guests to walk around without feeling restricted, a green/natural environment that photographs well, and a comfortable area where my guests can let loose and have fun. Oh and a barn. This venue checked all of my boxes out of the gate. I loved getting to see the horses and farm life on the property, many of which made an appearance in my photos. The packages were also very reasonable for someone wanting to save money with a DIY wedding but doesn’t want to start from the ground up. I had all my personal vendors chosen based on preference, but the venue was already set up to host guests. It was a perfect happy medium. I also want to make a point of noting how helpful and amazing the staff members are at CRC. It felt very warm and comfortable collaborating with the team and they went out of their way to make our jobs planning easier. Tracey was my personal coordinator and she made sure that my wedding day went through without a hitch. I am beyond happy with my experience at the venue and would recommend it to anyone looking for a western barn themed wedding filled with personal touches of character.”

She was the single best vendor we had and easily the best money we spent (seriously, such a bargain). She’s an expert on everything from flowers to how best to space out tables to coordinating with and orchestrating all the vendors. She made sure that we got all the little details that made our day so uniquely perfect. Without fail, Haley responded to every single message we sent her within minutes. The confidence we had going into the wedding day was through the roof, and she did not disappoint. If anything went wrong, we never heard about it because Haley took complete care of it all. “We couldn’t have been more impressed with Gruttadauria's 1914 Bakery. The wedding cake they created was not only visually stunning but absolutely delicious! We had 3 different flavors and all were delicious! (Especially the Espresso cake w/Mocha Espresso filling!) Our guests raved about the pastries as well—each one looked like a little piece of art and tasted amazing, especially the lemon tarts and éclairs. We highly recommend 1914 Bakery for any event or celebration.”
