We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and Colorado Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please note we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. Weddings at Sanctuary include: Personalized Service: Six hours of private facility rental time will allow you and your guests to enjoy the venue exclusively. Onsite coordination is provided to ensure you get through the details of your wedding day worry-free. All guests are served by our award-winning food and beverage staff, as well as treated to complimentary valet parking.

Cherokee Ranch & Castle features breathtaking views of the Rockies, 3,400 acres of unspoiled land and wildlife sanctuary, and a 1450s Scottish-style Castle with exquisite collections of art and antiques. The pristine property, historic venue and dedicated staff will make your event an enchanting experience, leaving you and your guests with enduring memories. The maximum capacity inside the Castle is 75 guests. During certain months of the year, our Veranda Tent is available and can accomodate up to 150 guests. The Castle is available January through December, and the Veranda Tent is available May through September (October, weather permitting).
